Jordan came out and diagnosed our air makeup unit. Turns out the protector relay flame safety control had gone bad. We have an older unit and parts are rare. He was able to get the unit running as well as a part number. We found one online to order as soon as it comes in he’s going to replace it.
Great service and problem-solving
Tyler was great in walking me through what was causing the issue with my furnace and the steps he took to fix it. He made sure I knew what was happening at each step of the way and recommended options for future maintenance. I asked for a quote to replace the unit as it is old and Tyler is having a quote sent out to me. I appreciate how transparent the pricing and process was and would recommend EcoTemp to friends and family.
Tyler was very communicative prior to arriving to keep us updated on his arrival time which was greatly appreciated. Tyler was very friendly and talked us through the issue with our air conditioner. No one calls me Black Friday morning, so I call them. They offer to "put me on the schedule". Jordan, the owner, calls and says he'd be out by 1 pm. At 1:30 no show, so we called (it's very cold). The receptionist said she'd send him a message. 6 pm still no one. Now the receptionist says Jordan is awol and won't answer his phone, but he will now also send a text message. It's 8pm and we are preparing to sleep with our space heater and hope the pipes don't freeze.

Jordan from Eco Temp HVAC is amazing! During one of the hottest summer days, he showed up same day to diagnose the issue with my AC and had it fixed the next day. Their phone service always picks up the phone and is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the team to anyone with any HVAC issue.
We called these guys out to fix an A/C that wouldn't turn on. I never used them prior, but WOW. These are my new HVAC guys to call. They were quick, figured out the issue, sourced parts very quickly. Their technicians Servando and Shawn were great guys. They knew what they were talking about. I honestly can't recommend these ECO temp team more. We told our whole building to use them. They are that good. A/C unit is like brand new now. brrrrrrr!
