Riley did excellent work on our main floor kitchen sink. He cleared the backup, replaced both old leaking strainers, and repiped the drain so everything’s brand new. Explained everything clearly, worked clean, and tested it 3 times to make sure. Sink drains perfect now. Professional, honest & tidy. Shout out to Mohammed as well for setting us up same day. Highly recommend Eco-Pro Plumbing & Drains!

I hired this company to investigate a sewer issue and initially hoped a CIPP liner would be a solution. After a thorough inspection, they were honest that lining was not the best option in my situation. Instead of trying to sell me a service that wouldn’t work, they explained the problem clearly and recommended changing the connection from the house to the city section of the sewer. The job turned out to more complicated than expected, but they had knowledge, equipment and experience to handle the unforeseen issues and complete the work successfully. I appreciated their honesty, professionalism and willingness to do what was right rather than what was easiest. It was a joy to work with this crew and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. Our daughter recommended Eco-Pro after they did a recent big job at her home. She said they were the only local company who answered the phone in the middle of the night for their plumbing emergency.
Eco-Pro responded quickly when we called on a Sunday. The problem was identified and we had a temporary fix the same day. AJ provided a quote a couple of days later, outlining our options for completing the necessary repairs. The job was completed within the projected time and at the quoted price. We are very pleased with the work done. I wish to recognize our serviceman, Saad, who worked efficiently and was exceptionally personable and polite. He explained every step and gave us excellent tips. We are pleased that we now have a reliable plumbing service for future repairs.

Absolutely excellent service! Professional and friendly customer service from my first phone call to express our plumbing needs, to the process of explaining and planning the service that was needed, all the way to the completion of the work done!! The office staff receiving my calls, emailing and texting me to keep me informed was something I appreciate very much. Like I mentioned, so professional. We were also impressed by Logan’s repair work and how while doing his work he was so courteous and explained everything to my elderly father. I'm always a little nervous when calling for any type of service because I never know if there will be hidden fees or it will take days for someone to come out. Eco-Pro Plumbing & Drains has completely put my mind at ease, and it will be our go to service provider!
AJ picked up my phone call right away on Saturday at 8pm, he was honest about the price and assured me that a technician would be out within the hour. He even texted me right away to get pictures so they could assess the damage before coming.

Absolutely fantastic service! I broke our tub faucet and pipe on a Saturday evening. We made a call at 8 PM, and they promptly sent a technician out. The repair was done quickly, and Saad, the plumber/technician was not only great at his job but also incredibly friendly. Special thanks to AJ on the phone for his foresight in asking for pictures, which streamlined the whole process. A genuinely efficient and stress-free experience.

We finally called Eco Pro after 3 sewage backup within 6 weeks! The difference in customer service between them and our original plumbing service was simply not even comparable. The professionalism was top notch every step of the way, the dedication to solving our problem was obvious from the very begining. The support they recieved from eachother and the experience/knowledge that was shared within their team was a fantastic example of what great service can be when everyone within that team is committed and has great work ethic. I will recommend them every chance I get. Amazing work, and thanks again guys!
