We reached out to Eco-pro for emergency assistance late in the evening after we had tried to change the water mixer on our hot water heater and ran into problems. They were professional and sent a plumber; Nelson to our home immediately. Nelson was a pleasure to deal with and fixed the issues quickly and professionally, leaving us with peace of mind that the job had been done right! In the future they will be our first call for any plumbing needs!
Called them on a Saturday night for a backed up pipe. AJ answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. He let me know when to expect the plumber to arrive. He called me about a half hour before the plumber arrived and let me know who to expect. Nelson arrived as scheduled and asked a few questions, assessed the situation and let me know how he was going to tackle the problem. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing in easy to understand language. He completed the job to satisfaction and offered tips in order to prevent a reoccurrance. He was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company (AJ) and Nelson, based on my positive experience with them. Nelson even took the time to take a look at another issue that we were having even though we weren't going to take care of it on this occasion. 10/10 service and customer satisfaction.

Absolutely 100% satisfied. AJ went above and beyond to solve a very serious collapsed sewer line which was backing up into home. I felt at ease with this company right from the start. All of the plumbers which tackled this major job were very professional and kind. I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. Clean up was just as professional as there plumbing work.
