His team installed a new sump pump, battery back up and redirected considerable plumbing. The work was professionally and promptly completed. From the minute we called, AJ responded and accepted the job despite the worst of winter weather.
Perhaps the most reassuring quality of this business is that they continued to accept our calls, reassure, offer advice and return to help when other unrelated issues occurred. As AJ said, “We always see a job through to the end.”

Had a leak at the main line into my house at the union. Called Eco Pro and Aj came to look at to see what could be done. Do to the pipes being very old the only solution was to replace the whole line out to the street. Aj walk me through what was needed to be done on my end and their work plan. Eco Pro did everything from permitting to scheduling all the work, also sent a camera down my sewer line to ensure that it was in good shape. The Eco pro crew did a fantastic job with running the new line in. Took about a half day and the new line looks clean and was put out of the way for the small space they had. Aj had let me know that there is an issue with the hook up to the city line which he took care of and had the city out to get me a bypass until the city can fix their issue. Aj has followed up with me many times to see if the city had done their work to correct the issue.
My place was left clean after the driveway had to be ripped out where the new line had to go. Driveway swept clean and washed. Beside the asphalt removed you couldn’t tell they were there.
I will use Eco Pro again and will recommend them to anyone.
Eco pro is a stand up company that will go above and beyond for their customers.

these guys helped me with a leak that was coming into my basement with extremely professional and courteous advice. It turned out. It wasn’t actually my issue, but my neighbours pipe was leaking.They even called the city on behalf of me and arranged for them to come do the testing to determine the cause

Had a clogged kitchen sink on Saturday and had to call them in.
They sent their technicians in promptly during the day and yes fixed the clog.
The lower rating is for the way they charged me premiums - 600 dollars for a clogged drain and when I asked them why the hefty fee, the technician just said "you called a plumber during a weekend. What do you expect... "
Should be giving them 5 stars for their service, professionalism and punctuality, they didn't charge any hidden fees.
Rating them 2 stars for having a premium based pricing strategy which might be good for business but gives a dreadful financial jolt to a customer.
Eco-Pro plumbing was extremely efficient and answered my call for help immediately. Logan was a total professional and proficient at the job. The problem was fixed within 2 hours and the work space was left very clean.
I would highly recommend Eco-Pro plumbing and I will be calling them first if I ever have another problem.

Had a broken cartridge in my standing shower water would not turn off. Called Eco-pro past mid-night super happy i called they answered right away and came out super quick to help me out, when other companies say they are 24/7 but no one picked up trying multiple times expect Eco-pro and im glad the other companies didnt!
AJ was super imformative and helpful very professional. I would highly recommend to people in my area!

He explained the work that needed to be done, provided a reasonable price, and completed the job to a satisfactory standard. Maybe just better approximation of arrival time as for improvement. Very professional otherwise. I would recommend their services.

Riley did excellent work on our main floor kitchen sink. He cleared the backup, replaced both old leaking strainers, and repiped the drain so everything’s brand new. Explained everything clearly, worked clean, and tested it 3 times to make sure. Sink drains perfect now. Professional, honest & tidy. Shout out to Mohammed as well for setting us up same day. Highly recommend Eco-Pro Plumbing & Drains!

I hired this company to investigate a sewer issue and initially hoped a CIPP liner would be a solution. After a thorough inspection, they were honest that lining was not the best option in my situation. Instead of trying to sell me a service that wouldn’t work, they explained the problem clearly and recommended changing the connection from the house to the city section of the sewer. The job turned out to more complicated than expected, but they had knowledge, equipment and experience to handle the unforeseen issues and complete the work successfully. I appreciated their honesty, professionalism and willingness to do what was right rather than what was easiest. It was a joy to work with this crew and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. Our daughter recommended Eco-Pro after they did a recent big job at her home. She said they were the only local company who answered the phone in the middle of the night for their plumbing emergency.
Eco-Pro responded quickly when we called on a Sunday. The problem was identified and we had a temporary fix the same day. AJ provided a quote a couple of days later, outlining our options for completing the necessary repairs. The job was completed within the projected time and at the quoted price. We are very pleased with the work done. I wish to recognize our serviceman, Saad, who worked efficiently and was exceptionally personable and polite. Absolutely excellent service!
