I had a great experience with EcoPro Plumbing! One evening, my kitchen sink got badly clogged, and it was quite an emergency. EcoPro was super responsive — the plumber arrived in less than an hour, while others I called either couldn’t come until the next morning or weren’t taking requests anymore. Thomas was very polite, kind, and professional. He patiently explained what caused the clog, fixed it quickly, and even cleaned up the area afterward. Everything was done neatly and thoroughly. It really saved my night, letting me feel at ease knowing everything was back to normal for the next day. Big thanks to Thomas! Highly recommend EcoPro Plumbing!

Not a bad company to use, but they’re quoting are very high and unreasonable. It’s good to call out and get several quotes before you decide on which company you want to use.Think twice before calling them, Not a great company to deal with they never showed up when they said they were gonna unreliable

I appreciate the quick timing and same day service! The teams willingness to work within my needs and expectations. Thank you to Thomas for his great work, he was polite and professional. This bathroom sink job was long over due! Aj and Franco relayed information and everything they could to assist, working around my schedule. A suggestion is having more flexibility in fixture option's but easy enough to grab my own. That would make things easier for you guys too. You all deserve a 5 star for your efforts. I would recommend again.

Even though it was after hours, they showed up and handled the problem quickly and professionally. AJ was knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What can I say? Excellent and well organized team of plumbers, warm and friendly communications, rapid turn-around for project completion, almost like family. Had Eco Pro complete plumbing for my business including entire new line construction for a new water heater, two basement sinks, barista bar, an accessible washroom, and grease interceptor.
