Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. A lot of research went into spending this kind of money and time on a product. Well after receiving my product and test shots. I can say it 100% was the right decision. Top notch company from top to bottom and the customer service has been impressive to say the least. Griffin you have a life long customer now.
Griffin Armament is but one of many suppressor manufacturers out there, the difference is the quality of customer service coupled with an amazing product line. All this to say my money is well spent on a product I know preforms and is backed by folks who believe in who they are and what they make as a company. There are a lot of choices out there choose wisely. I invested in Griffin Armament products as I count on them on a daily basis.
Just place my order the other day so I haven’t received it yet but so far my experience with Griffin has been great. Their customer service has been super responsive and answered the questions I had and helped me complete the order, shout out Amber. The more research I do on their products shows they really care about what they are putting out and even trying to innovate new ideas to the market. The only problem I have is that I didn’t know about these guys sooner, excited for my order and will definitely be getting more from them in the future!
I can't say enough good things about Griffin Armament. I recently purchased a suppressor through them, and they made absolutely sure my 25% disabled veteran discount was applied properly. No runaround, no "we'll look into it," just straight up professionalism and follow through. The process was smooth from start to finish. They didn't treat the discount like some begrudging coupon code they had to tolerate. They treated it like what it is: a company actually standing behind their support for veterans rather than just slapping a logo on a website and calling it a day.If you're a vet, or first responder on the fence about where to buy, these guys are the real deal. The suppressor itself is outstanding, but the customer experience is what turns a one time buyer into a customer for life. I'll be back.
Overall, the pistol has great potential, but the service after/ before the sale was lackluster. Received the unit misconfigured per how it was ordered, in which the Northeast Sales Manager replied to his team "Could you please help this customer out with his online order he screwed up? Thank you." The experience didn't start off well.
While the issue was ultimately solved after a great deal of time, another issue arose that I dared not try to resolve with them again. Upon firing the rifle, the trigger group wasn't correctly aligned causing the slide to get stuck, which also caused the weapon to fire without input . Additionally, their disk style gas block also leaks excessively causing cycling issues. Their QC clearly needs work and I would advise anyone that doesn't have the means of addressing these issues themselves to be cautious. I know this email seems like a hit piece, but I spent month deliberating my next platform and ultimately put faith here just to have that choice be huge letdown. Since addressing these issues myself, the rifle has functioned as it should, but if you're not confident doing this work yourself, there may be better options out there. Thanks.
Griffin Bushwacker Wrench: These wrenches are hard, Durable and Manufactured with nice Flat Edges that GRIP. Although a wrench set was provided with my Bushwacker 36, I have misplaced one so, I purchased two additional wrenches. I like to have one in my range bag so I can remove the suppressor from my rifle. This wrench fits my Bushwacker 36, Recce 5 and Flash Can.
I purchased a CAM-LOK® Pistons - SilencerCo (Osprey ONLY) x 1 and CAM-LOK® Barrel Adapters - 1/2x28 - 9mm x 2 so that I could hot swap my Osprey suppressor between sidearms. The barrel adapters arrive no problem but they sent me a Piston for Rugged/Odessa instead of the Osprey. I contacted customer support and Ben sent me an Osprey piston... It arrived but it was not the CAM-LOC piston that I ordered it was an Osprey universal piston which doesn't index with the CAM-LOC system. They have not responded to my follow up email asking if they are going to actually send me what I paid for or just keep sending me a variety of Pistons. Until they figure out how to ensure they send the proper product, I would not recommend them despite having good quality products, they just cant figure out providing the right products.
Great customer service! Great can as well picked up a ultralight hd .46 this can didn’t come with a hub adapter which is great! I wanted to put a system on anyways that I can switch between my hunting rifles and home defense rifle. The website is great able to find what I needed. Went with the dual-lok system and will keep coming back to buy muzzle breaks when I need them. Shipping takes about 4 days to Ohio. Getting processed and shipped fast so when I need the next one I’ll plan a week out and get it when I need it.

3 years now, owning and using heavily, with especially with my own spicey reloads.. a MK2 shorty with a Recce 5, a PSR & OTB, and 4 SNATCH Gen 2, and several BCGS and sites.
As a retired Marine, and PH awardee, I can tell you that hard working duty rifles are no joke. Griddin seems to have mastered the word "duty " I have Radian, break arms, Geissle charging handles.. and compared them all to the #1 SNATCH GEN2 . they cant be beat. with or with out the Can. currently saving for the Griffin optic for my Larue 556 rifle. . I never hesitate to tell others quality and customer service plus Veteran discounts, Griffin cant be beat. dont forget thier slings too! lovew mine !
