Exceptional ☺ Beautiful lodge and amazing staff. We stayed here in late April so it wasn’t very busy. We only met 3 other families - that was also part of the beauty of this place. Very secluded and in the middle of rain forest! I would recommend 2-3 nights here if you are looking for laid back and relaxing vacation. Road leading to hotel was not paved but it wasn’t a deal breaker! Overall, a beautiful place with so many hidden treasures and animals on the property.

Dschungelfeeling at its best! ☺Alles! Die Lodge war der erste Stopp unserer Costa Rica-Reise und hätte überwältigender nicht sein können. Wir hatten Haus Nummer 1 und waren praktisch mitten im Dschungel - die Terrasse und Panoramafenster taten ihr übriges. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder! Nighttour mit Guide Deniz ist sehr zu empfehlen. ☹Nichts.

Ein „musst see and feel“ in Costa Rica ☺Alles! Super Lage inmitten des Regenwaldes. Die Villa hat eine riesige Glasfront und ist komplett durchlüftet, sodass man das Gefühl hat außen im Regenwald zu schlafen. Super Feeling. Auch die Architektur und die planerische Einplanung und die Landschaft ist unbeschreiblich schön.

Wir hatten trotz Regenwetter eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit hier. Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase mitten im nirgendwo und wenn man die pure Natur sucht ist man hier absolut am richtigen Ort. Man sollte sich darüber im klaren sein, dass im Dschungel nachtaktive Tiere leben die auch Geräusche machen und der nächste Ort etwas weiter entfernt liegt. Wir haben zwei Aktivitäten mit Dennis gebucht, zum einen den Nightwalk wo wir neben vielen Fröschen auch Schlangen sehen konnten. Mein absolutes Highlight war der Ausritt, die Pferde sind toll und werden mit ganz viel Liebe von Alexander und dem restlichen Team gepflegt und umsorgt.

Cosy accommodation but quite noisy on a rainy night… ☺ A beautifully designed venue off the beaten track (12km of very rough roads to be precise). However the walk between the apartments and restaurant/bar area were very difficult to navigate as steep slopes and a confusing unlit path. This did mar an otherwise lovely accommodation.

An excellent surprise and wished we were staying longer ☺ This hotel was booked as a fill-in between other locations. How surprised we were to find this incredible oasis in the middle of the jungle. Whilst the road to get there is a little rough, it is worth it in every way. Stunning suites in the jungle, fantastic reception staff and in the restaurant, Alexander and Enrique and others. The rock pool to swim in was incredible too. Can highly recommend this accommodation and wished we were staying longer.

Absolutely gorgeous! ☺ We had an amazing stay. Everything was superlative, from staff, to decoration, nature, activities and cocktails! It was perfect for a romantic get away. Beware though, if you are light or noise sensitive (there is a river flowing by and no blackout curtains)

Hotel en mitad de la naturaleza, hay que tener en cuenta que necesitas mínimo un SUV para llegar de lo contrario se te hará complicado, y si no te gustan los insectos no es tu hotel, ya que al estar en plena naturaleza hay un montón de insectos y eso es entendible pero lo que no es entendible es que las cabañas no tengan mosquiteras en las ventanas y como les da mucho el sol durante las mañanas hace mucho calor, y que no se pueden abrir las ventanas a menos que quieras pasarte la noche matando bichos, es un problema, por la noche refresca mucho, y se está de lujo, pero que las ventanas no tengan mosquiteras, estando en mitad de la naturaleza me parece fatal, durante el día el calor es intenso, y otra cosa a mencionar es que creo que pese a estar en la naturaleza, limpiar los bichos muertos de las esquinas de la cabaña es necesario para ser un hotel de la categoría que es (adjunto fotos de lo que comento) El spa no merece la pena, reservamos masaje en pareja de 120 min, y está muy lejos de lo que se espera por el precio que pagas, he pagado bastante menos en otras ocasiones por masajes con fisioterapeutas profesionales, y aunque la cabaña donde te lo dan es un espectáculo, no justifica el precio, esperaba un mínimo de conocimientos por parte de las masajistas sobre técnicas del masaje, tuvieron movimientos bruscos, erráticos y sin coordinación alguna. La cocina del hotel tampoco es de la calidad esperada por el precio de los platos, está correcta, es aceptable, pero no como para pagar una media de 70$ por persona… y La piscina natural es un río sin más, no hay piscina, y el río está complicado acceder. Lo único innegable son las vistas, ya que las cabañas son muy bonitas y las vistas inmejorables, y el personal que es muy amable y servicial eso también es innegable.

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Costa Rica war dieses unser Lieblingshotel. Es ist in eine wunderschöne, ursprüngliche Gegend eingebettet und erscheint nach 11km "bumpy road" wie eine Oase weitab vom Massentourismus. Wir hatten eine Jungle Suite mit dem ultimativen Dschungel-Feeling durch die Holzbauweise und Glaswände.

Sehr schade - daher Gesamtbewertung nur 2-3 Positiv: - Schöne Alleinlage in den Bergen mit Panoramablick - Schöne Anlage mit Restaurant, grossem Park, Parkmöglichkeiten usw. - Tiny Hause Nr. 5 mit tollen Features, riesigen Fensterflächen, Alleinlage und grandiosem Blick in die Natur - Wifi, Service - großartige Massagen Negativ: - 11 km unbefestigte, zT steile Zufahrtsstrasse - Tiny House Nr. 5 trotz grossem, traumhaftem Balkon ohne Sonnenliege und -schirm, ohne Mückenfenster/-türen und Klimaanlage - Türen lassen sich nicht sämtlich absperren - Frühstück und Abendessen entspricht nicht dem eigenen Anspruch (nur a la carte, qualitativ) - Kein Pool - Für das Gesamtensemble sehr teuer
