Alex was wonderful to work with. It took a long time to decide which construction company to work with just given there are so many. Alex stood out immediately as someone who was both knowledgeable and eager to get the job done. We had a commercial repair and Alex gave me a fair quote and worked diligently to obtain all the necessary supplies while constantly keeping me informed as we waited for different pieces to arrive. He also made it easy to work with the insurance company to complete the repairs in accordance with their expectations. He was flexible on scheduling, very communicative, professional, and most of all did a beautiful job on our building. Could not recommend Alex with Eco Home Repair more. We will definitely be partnering with him again in the future should the need arise.

Satisfied in Seattle. Recent winds blew some old siding off of my house. Though in need of a whole house reside at this time I only wanted the area tacked down and temporarily protected from the elements until we were ready for the bigger project. Alex and his guys have rebuilt fences, done a large multi-family siding job and handled a variety of smaller jobs for me at my properties. Unlike other contractors, Alex gives you full transparency - all bids are itemized bids with materials and labor, which I find helpful to expand or contract the scope of the job. We recently hired Eco Home Repair LLC to fix a rotted light block area on our house. When Alex removed the old light block, he discovered hidden structural rot behind it. He replaced the damaged plywood, properly waterproofed the area, installed flashing above the light block, reinstalled the siding, and sealed everything professionally. They also replaced our damaged dryer vent blocks and made sure those areas were properly sealed and protected from future moisture. The problem was caused by missing metal flashing, which allowed water to slowly get behind the siding over time. Alex explained everything clearly, showed us the damage, and made sure the repair was done the right way so the issue won’t return. Great communication, honest approach, and high-quality workmanship. We’d definitely recommend Eco Home Repair to anyone dealing with siding repairs, rot repair, or waterproofing issues in the Everett or Bothell area.

The siding had cracks and water damage from before, and Alex’s team inspected everything, repaired the damaged framing, and replaced the siding properly.
