Had a leaking pipe on my boiler for ages I had not had time to deal with. Discovered Jason from Eco Heat Plumbing who was local. He managed to find time at short notice, confirming on a week end. He worked really hard to fix and service the boiler. Running around getting parts. Even coming back weeks later to check on a minor issue. Happy to have found a local plumber that is good at what he does and trust worthy. Highly Recommend. KG.
Jason visited to identify a boiler leak, and whilst the prognosis wasn't what I wanted to hear - the boiler was on its last legs and needed replacing, rather than repairing - he took the time to explain why this was his recommendation, rather than just telling me this is what should happen. He worked diligently all throughout the day, giving me updates with how he was getting along and any hiccups he encountered. I would highly recommend Jason and will most certainly be using him again when it comes to servicing the new boiler.
Jason did a great job fixing a leaky pin valve in our underfloor heating system. He gave a fair price, arrived the same day and was quick to fix the problem. He also helped us get the schematics for our underfloor heating system which was very useful. He even saved us money on our heating bill by pointing out we didn’t need our underfloor heating temperature set so high!
Jason is a real find. We hadn’t used our underfloor heating for years and were unsure if it still worked. He came round, fitted a new pump because the old one had seized up, and got it going again. There were various problems along the way and he solved them all. He was here for hours getting it all fixed. It’s so nice to find someone reliable, pleasant and skilled in a world where so many aren’t. Highly recommended.
On a freezing day we had a Boiler lockout with air in pump which we could not purge despite following instructions. Called ecoheat who arranged to come over later the same day. During the wait the system restarted. The engineer checked it out and we had the right thing. He refused to accept any money for turning up. Fantastic service- much recommended!
I contacted Nu-Heat as I had a few issues with my underfloor heating and they put me in touch with Jason as their local service engineer. From the moment he arrived it was a relief to note that Jason obviously knew his stuff in comparison to others who had been before him and failed to understand the way underfloor heating works. He was with me all afternoon and by the end of it we had solved the problem and the whole system had been cleaned and reset. Thank you Jason. :))
I couldn’t recommend EcoHeat Plumbing highly enough. Not only were they able to help at the very last minute with a leak, they found the leak and fixed it. We had previously used companies such as Pimlico and had terrible experiences. EcoHeat was a welcome reminder that there are genuine tradespeople out there who go above and beyond to help.
