This is not a professional cleaning service. This is not a professional company. I am shocked by all the positive reviews here (I question how many are actually real). I paid $600 for a "professional service" and they were very unprofessional. They try to charge you for added time as well, incentivizing their cleaners to take as long as they want.
They did not live up to the proposal whatsoever, damaged my bedroom floors when moving around the bed, and have now stopped responding during my attempt at a peaceful resolution. Do not use this company. They showed up to clean a 1,300 square foot apartment with a little hand vacuum, did not mop any floor, did not clean the toilets or showers, did not clean inside the refrigerator (which I spent extra for) - I can go on and on. They were at my apartment for five hours yet were very unorganized and ran out time. See for yourself with my pictures attached. They come across as very professional until they get your money. I have attached a screenshot of their proposal as well with my disappointed comments back to them after the service. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Again, do not use this company I am telling you. Once we get around to redoing the floors next year, I will be taking them to small claims court as the quotes to fix are in the thousands of dollars.

I had my mattress cleaned by Hannah from Eco Cleaning, and it was worth every penny. She was punctual, polite, and explained everything before starting. The results were amazing — it smells fresh and feels brand new again. I’m sleeping better already. Highly recommend this service to anyone!
