That being said it is truly disappointing you feel the need to write this tarnishing review over a misquotation on our part that we apologised for. You also wrote that there was “no solution” but you immediately labelled us unprofessional once we informed you that there was an additional charge for oven cleaning. Which I believe is what was being referred to as an unnecessary remark as it wasn’t conducive to the conversation had you of wanted a solution.

We regret that your experience with our team member Mariana did not meet your expectations. It is true that Mariana struggled with punctuality on a few occasions, and for that, we sincerely apologise. We understand how important reliability is, and we’ve taken steps to address this internally.

That said, we also want to acknowledge that our team members must feel safe and respected in the environments they work in. We received reports that the atmosphere during visits became difficult for Mariana, many a time were we informed of arguments whilst she was cleaning, a general hostility and that she was at times asked to carry out tasks that fell outside our standard service remit - which was addressed in a conversation via text message. As a company, we have a duty of care to both our clients and our staff, and we always aim to maintain respectful and professional relationships on both sides.

We’re truly sorry things didn’t work out on this occasion.
