This watch means a great deal to me as I recently lost a dear friend who would always wear his Seiko. An amazing watch experience. I actually came in multiple times to get other watches resized, before buying one in-store.
Greta helped me every time. She’s wonderful, so nice, and very helpful. I was also helped by multiple other workers and it’s a great place to check out. No pressure or uncomfortable vibes.
Happily purchased a new Hamilton watch today in the store and will definitely come back! They carry a lot of watches 👀

I had a great experience at their conveniently located location. The service was excellent, and they recharged my Citizen watch, which I hadn't used in at least 10 years. It now works and looks like new! They also did a fantastic job shortening gold bracelets for my daughters. The service was punctual, but the staff could benefit from smiling a bit more; they seemed a bit tense or in a bad mood. Overall, I had a positive experience.

I have had an excellent experience with Matheu’s fine watches and jewelry. First, via Michelle watch battery replacement x 3 and then certified maintenance. Additionally, I was able to sell all my old gold jewelry that I no longer wear. The process was incredibly simple and gold prices are high right now. All the staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable, plus they polished my wedding rings/bands (gratis) while I was giving my contact information.

Matheu's has been servicing my Omegas and TAGs for a few years and always do first rate work. Scott went to bat for me recently with Omega on a warranty issue for a previous repair the factory shop did on my Seamaster Chrono and I couldn't be more pleased.
