I have been going to east coast dental for roughly 2 years now and I am not one to trust dentist due to past experiences. Coming here they really earned my trust they are so friendly and understanding and very honest about the health of my teeth they really care . I am happy to have a dental team I can trust and rely on to help me correct my teeth . I would recommend them to anyone .

The moment you enter the bldg, relaxation oozes. The administrative staff is polished, professional and courteous. Hi tech advances in all aspects of dental care. Dr Barbosa explains everything and this aspect of care is fascinating to me. She is a smart, gentle, clinician. I’m so happy I found her

My experience at East Coast Dental has been outstanding. I was interested in Invisalign but felt quite apprehensive. I’m delighted to report that after 9 months, the results are remarkable. I’ve consulted with both Dr. Garcia and Dr. Barbosa, and they were exceptional. Additionally, the dental hygienist, Hannah, was meticulous and gentle-precisely what I was seeking. The location is very clean and accommodating when scheduling appointments. I’m very pleased!

The front office staff were amazing — professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The dental assistants were also over-the-top kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They were truly a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was the complete opposite. I’m unsure of her name, as there isn’t a photo or provider information listed on the website, but the interaction left me feeling overwhelmed and defeated. I’ve been to many dental appointments over the years and have never left feeling the way I did after this visit. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel supported and comfortable with your provider, I would recommend continuing your search elsewhere.

Initial appointment: Very clean office; pleasant, professional, and personable staff; appear to have up-to-date equipment; Michelle @ Front Desk was fabulous and accommodating; Tory, Dental Assistant was marvelous and made sure I was comfortable during all the x-rays; Dentist Hanna Shakal was very thorough giving me good explanation and guidance. My appointment started on time. All in all pretty happy.

East Coast Dental Design is the all in one best place to go. They do everything there except knock you out for extractions. My grandson has been going there for a few years and I wouldn't change anything. They're professional, friendly and inform you of what they're doing every step of the way. Love them!

I typically hate the dentist. East Coast dental design has totally changed my mind! They set me up as a new patient so quickly and easily and within 2 weeks I already had my first cleaning with them and cavities filled. Both the cleanings and the fillings were so comfortable and everyone at the office is so incredibly kind. Switching to this dental office was the best choice!

Dr. Garcia is by far one of the best dentist that has ever worked on my teeth. She does impeccable work. The office is state of the art and and extremely cleanly alll COVID safety measures are followed at this practice. I updated this because I do not agree with this former 5 star review and I stand firmly on the one Star. I gave this dentist my business just that for years I was just that a customer not a patient. I made the decision to extract all of my top teeth yes ALL and purchase a complete top denture through The East Coast Dental. This is not the best state of the art facility for Dentures. I take responsibility for relying solely on the doctors and professionals to provide me with the information to make an informed decision about this life changing Event. Getting Dentures is a Life Changing Event and can be traumatic. When I ran from the chair in the East Coast Dental Design Office just before my top teeth were pulled with Plyers out of my mouth and also grinded out where the entire root couldn’t be pulled and tooth dust was flying in my eyes with bright lights on me and I was numb but not to the vibrations or the smell of burning teeth so when I tried to escape beforehand apprehensive why did they make me go through with it? I was crying 😢 was it because they already administered the Novocain? And then after I was forced to go through with it the nightmare began. They never fit correctly they still do not I’m still perfecting my own modifications after paying this dentist and 2 others for re alignment fees and even purchasing a new set and getting recommendations to have a bone removed from my mouth. But the kicker was that my family thought I was on drugs because I couldn’t eat!! I was barely 100 pounds i could not eat with the dentures in I lived on pasta alone I tell you and I became depressed secluded barely to enjoy any food I ever enjoyed before and Dr. Garcia told me that I had taste bud on my tongue that I didn’t need the ones on the roof of my mouth to taste 👅 the taste buds the dentures now covered up like a mouth guard of a hockey player yeah that’s what dentures feel like a mouth guard 24 hours. They should tell you try eating, drinking, talking, yelling, laughing, smiling, kissing even with a mouth guard that’s what dentures feel like and you’re face sinks in if you can’t afford some filler thing and you need lip filler too if you have no lips and add glue to the mix make sure you like the taste of denture glue because you will taste and eat it a lot yeah the Glue you will eat glue. I thought i would have a perfectly pretty white smile 😀 Nope because they have to match the color of the bottom teeth. I could rant forever about this. I take my teeth out and tell my grandson Brush Your Teeth!! Don’t drink Gatorade no gummy candy no sugar babies my favorite no no no I feel like I have wooden George Washington teeth. Implants are a solution but insurance doesn’t cover and yeah life style of the rich and Famous. I once was a pretty girl now I’m just a trash mouth 👄 don’t go here ask questions about dentures. I’m going to write a book about it or pass a law about what needs to be disclosed cause major money is spent and it suck’s the glue life. This old couple was looking at me funny cause I was taking out my dentures in my car to eat cause it’s better than in the restaurant and I’m like yeah sucks to get old smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m 54 they were like 80 yeah whatever Dr. Garcia thanks

A friend of mine referred me to this dental practice and I can honestly say it’s the best one that I have ever been to. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr Barbosa, who is my dentist, has been wonderful. On more than one occasion, I have had dental emergencies and they have gotten me in quickly and resolved things in a quick manner. Additionally, they are on time with their appointments and I’ve never had to wait past my time. Staff are all kind and compassionate, and although I remember Kendra’s name because I saw her today, all of the hygienists have all been great as well. would recommend this practice for those who suffer from dental anxiety as I do.

Best place I’ve ever gone to. This place is pricy, but is all worth it. Very neat, very clean, staff so friendly. Had a visit today that compelled me to write a positive review because of how great it was. I had to get a filling done in my front tooth today (in the front is always an important spot!) and it couldn’t have gone better. I got there a little early and didn’t have to wait very long to get seated by smiling staff. Dr. Allie Barbosa did my filling, and not only did it look perfect and undetectable, the procedure itself was quick, and absolutely painless (even though my tooth was getting drilled) .They gave me the perfect amount of the numbing shot and cream because it was just the right amount for me to feel absolutely no pain while getting the shot and while she filed my tooth. After that, when she had already sculpted the tooth, the medication almost completely wore off when I got to my car so that annoying numb feeling was almost completely gone! She’s very good at what she does. Rare to find people who are all smart, kind, friendly, and professional. Huge thanks to her and the whole team!
