We ordered a bulk order with a tight deadline in which they were required for our school. James Brazier was extremely helpful in organising and with communication. We had a slight issue with the courier but EC Awards were happy to help with this and investigate further. As a school we will be definitely using them again.

We were let down by our regular awards supplier and had only a few weeks to get special awards to present at our Insurance Institute Annual Dinner. I sourced EC Awards, made an order stressing the urgency and what followed was very impressive. I had an email that day confirming a delivery date, the next day I received the visuals to approve, and in less than a week I received the awards. The quality of the awards was even better than the stunning visuals and I am so looking forward to presenting them to the award winners. First class service, first class quality glass awards, complete accuracy of engraving. EC Awards are second to none and are now our awards supplier of choice.
