We went to EC Awards wanting several awards made up for an event that was just two weeks away. They understood the need to get the awards completed quickly, were flexible and despite the timeframe, came up with alternatives for us, providing proofs at each stage. The awards arrived when they said they would, looked magnificent and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the price too! We bought a number of bespoke items that needed logos and graphic files imported etc. not easy and I was fussy ! However Superb experience from Michael and everyone that was involved at ECawards. Consistently great with coming back to my many questions! Patient and on the ball. Honestly can’t recommend high enough. Seriously by far the best I’ve worked with. No wonder they were recommended to me in the first place!

We used EC Awards and the service was great. We were on a tight schedule but the company ensured we got our trophy on time and it was beautiful! Definitely would use EC Awards again. Highly recommended.

EC Awards has been literally amazing! I gave them the task of making 10 award trophies in under 1 week and a half with a CUSTOM design, and they delivered and the trophies were nothing short of amazing!!!! We also needed them delivered to Spain within 3 days, and EC Awards handled the express shipping and we got our delivery exactly when we needed it! Superb customer service from Ben Seymour. Would highly recommend.

A bit lost where to go to get some bespoke medals for a new futsal club, I found EC awards after a quick Google search. From start to finish a fantastic service. 👍 Ben talked me through the design stage and provided professional and expertise advice along the way. After agreeing a design the ordering process was seamless and production/delivery was very quick. All at a reasonable cost too. 👍 Medals arrived and are fantastic! Just got around to leaving this review as I absolutely had to. What are star Micheal is, he went above and beyond to turn around a large and tricky order for us at short notice. Trophies turned up early and they were perfect. They even completed a work around of some of the art to make sure that it was spot on for what we needed. Recommend highly!

This is the 2nd year in a row we've used EC Awards for our colleague award ceremony. Michael and the team offer an A* service!! Honestly. Such an amazing company and the staff that work there. I had to look for some sort of an award that I can present to a member of my organisation and so was just browsing the internet. I came across EC awards and thought let me see what they have. I really liked the look of everything but was in a dilemma as I only had 4 days to get this sorted. I emailed them and a colleague called Ben replied within minutes and told me there were still options for me. I got handed over to Michael and he showed all the products he had that could be completed within the time frame I had. Michael was quick to reply and kept communicating with me throughout. I just received it today and honestly, the website doesn’t do it justice on how good the final product came out. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone looking for awards / trophies and something that stands out. I’m sure I gave Michael a slight fright in my email to him 😅 but I’m just so amazed on how it came out. Thank you Michael, Ben and the team at EC that got this done.

We've used EC Awards for a few events now, always a pleasure to get back in touch with Ben for our next order. Super responsive on email, wide selection of products, easy to send artwork and proof, quick delivery and quality item (that gets an "ooh!" every time from my team when the box arrives). We have used EC Awards for various engraved trophies for work events and also bespoke trophies with company image which look amazing! Very speedy delivery as soon as the awards are ready.

I recently ordered 7 engraved glass trophies for an upcoming end-of-year awards ceremony at work. Irresponsibly, I left it quite late, meaning I needed the trophies in under one week. I knew it was quite unrealistic given the fact that I needed the trophies personalised, but as soon as I was met with Michael Falzarano at EC Awards and told him my query, he immediately endeavoured to meet my requirements. The trophies were perfect and ended up arriving with 2 days to spare, and I couldn't be more grateful. Excellent service from the EC Awards team, and Michael in particular was a real stand-up guy. Will definitely reach out to him for future orders. Five stars more than deserved, keep it up!

This is the second year we have used EC Awards. We placed a very last minute order for 27 trophies and the team were able to cater to our every request.
