Answered to my request 10pm at night and got my vep 48 hours later. Brother is amazing.
The team is really efficient. Upon submitting all necessary documents, mine got approved within 2 days. I try to do it myself previously but got stuck when the error message says my chasis number had been registered before (mine is a used car) and can't proceed with the submission. In short, we're paying for the team's know-how and services. The installation process is also a breeze, no drama. The team also reminded us to print out the documents before the installation, if not, the installation counter will charge RM5 per printout. Overall I'm happy with their services.
