I am glad to have asked EASY VEP for assistance to process my application for VEP. Response was prompt clearly explained. I am pleasantly surprised that from first contact on Sunday afternoon the application was approved by Monday morning. I just have to wait for the RFID to reach my home by post, labelled it to my car and EASY VEP completed the task by assisting to have it activated.
