We arrived the very next day and immediately fixed two critical problems on two appliances: a leaking Sub-Zero and an oven that wasn’t heating. Yet somehow we got one star for not finding a lamp cover in the chaos on your table.

You sent a photo of a clean table. But we both know it didn’t look like that on the day of the repair. You found that cover only after tidying up. Who removed it is irrelevant — it’s just a simple cap anyone can handle. But if it had been lying like that on a clean table, I would have put it back.

And let’s not forget: the authorized company handled only cosmetic issues with your Sub-Zero for a month and a half, but you don’t mention that.

About the price: the $500+ was not for “one detail,” but for repairing two major appliances in one day. For that scope, it was a fair and transparent price.

Back then, you were shining with relief and happiness that everything was resolved in one day. That’s what truly matters.

Time is like water in a mountain stream: while it flows, you hardly notice, but once it’s gone, you can never get it back. Every service call we take isn’t just a slot on the schedule, it’s someone’s hope, someone’s relief, sometimes their last chance.

In your case, it was simple. The appointment was confirmed for 2–4 PM, the technician was already on the road, just twenty minutes away. Our dispatcher called to let you know we were arriving, and heard: “No need, it’s been working fine since the morning, the error is gone.” Naturally, the dispatcher asked a standard question: “What happened? Why are you canceling at the very last moment?” — not to scold, but to understand whether there was a valid reason, or if the problem still needed attention. You chose to take this as rudeness.

A last-minute cancellation is not “just” a cancellation. It’s like taking the last loaf of bread out of someone’s hands when they’ve already been standing in line. While we’re driving to an empty call, someone else is losing food, medication, or stuck with broken appliances in a home with children. In your case, all we could do was park the van for two hours and wait for the next appointment, because you left us no chance to adjust our schedule.

We’re not here to point fingers; we’re here to remind you that respecting someone’s time means respecting their life. We give our time where it’s truly needed.
