Booked Deep cleaning service but didn't get one. After doing the work (supposedly deep cleaning) the company said that in order to finish the deep cleaning I had to book extra hours. But this is not what they tell you when you book the first time. Wouldn't recommend it

Your booking was for a deep cleaning service based on the apartment size, with an estimated duration of 5 hours, which was fully carried out by our team. As stated in the booking confirmation, the time allocated is an estimate, and the service is completed within that timeframe.
During the cleaning, our team identified renovation-related stains (such as paint and construction residue), which fall outside standard deep cleaning and typically require additional time and specialized treatment. This was communicated to you on-site before proceeding further, and no additional work was carried out without your approval.
We want to be clear that the deep cleaning service you booked was completed, and the additional time discussed was only for extra work beyond the original scope.
That said, we always aim to resolve concerns fairly. We previously offered to review any areas of concern and arrange a follow-up visit if anything within scope was missed, and that offer still stands.
