I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced with Easy Clean, especially considering their rates of over €30 an hour. I had scheduled a cleaning for my home, and while the cleaner informed me he was running late, he then confirmed the wrong address. After posting a review about this issue, I contacted the owner, who apologized and offered to compensate me with a free cleaning for a future date if I removed my review. However, when today came along she was an hour late and afraid of pugs. I did put I had dogs. Had to discharge her. This experience has left me frustrated, as I feel the service did not meet my expectations, and the owner did not follow through on his promise. I cannot be persuaded to retract my review this time.

We take your feedback seriously and understand your concerns. Regarding the cleaning, our cleaner was more than willing to complete the job. She expressed a fear of dogs and kindly asked if it would be possible to place the dog in a separate room so she could proceed. However, we understand that this request was declined, and the cleaner was asked to leave. We made several attempts to contact you to discuss the matter and find a suitable solution, but unfortunately, all of our calls went unanswered, and we did not receive a response to our voicemail. The cleaner waited outside as we tried to reach you, but we were unable to connect. We are still more than willing to discuss this situation further and find a resolution. Please do not hesitate to reach out at your convenience, as we truly want to make this right for you.

Stay away from these scammers - extremely unprofessional service. My partner scheduled a move-out cleaning and even requested extra hours to make sure the place would be thoroughly cleaned. Sadly the job was poorly done. After sharing photos the office offered a re-clean. We agreed only if a different, more professional cleaner was sent. Despite confirming this agreement in writing (picture attached), they ignored it and sent the same person back. To make matters worse, when my partner objected they called and said we’d be charged extra if we didn’t let the same cleaner do it. It felt more like a threat than customer service. During this conversation the manager was also disrespectful, shouted and constantly interrupted. A frustrating waste of time...

I’m sorry you’re still unhappy, but I need to clarify what actually happened: Our team worked a full eight-hour day on your move-out clean and returned—at no extra cost—to fix the issues you pointed out. When our cleaner arrived again, I was on the phone explaining that Alexander, our cleaning manager who wasn’t on the first job, was en route to personally oversee the re-clean. Instead of discussing that, we were met with verbal abuse, shouting, and interruptions. We never “threatened” extra charges—in fact, we honored the free re-clean we offered. We simply explained that, without cooperation, it’s impossible to deliver the quality you requested. We’ve bent over backward to make this right. If you’re still willing to let us in, I’ll send a completely new team plus Alexander to supervise and walk you through every step—no one from the initial visit. Otherwise, I respectfully suggest you take your business elsewhere, because we can’t resolve this without a civil conversation. – Mark, Owner Easy Clean

REPORTED TO POLICE. I was harassed by the owner for leaving a negative review. Mark has no decency or moral compass. Rather then taking accountability for his company's mistakes, he threatened to contact my employer and complain about me - his client. Even more alarming, he somehow knew where I work, which I found deeply invasive and unsettling. No one should be subjected to intimidation or personal threats for expressing valid concerns. If you value your peace of mind and safety, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

Hi Tanya, I’m sorry we let you down with your end-of-tenancy clean—you deserved better, and I take full responsibility for our team missing key quality checks. We offered to return for a free re-clean within four days, but when our cleaner and Alexander, our manager, arrived you turned them away because one team member had already been there. During our call you used language so harsh that I couldn’t explain that Alexander was on his way to ensure everything was done right. I apologize if my tone came across as threatening—that was never my intent—but I won’t accept intimidation either. You also haven’t paid for the eight-hour clean we completed. If there’s a misunderstanding, let’s clear it up—but refusing the free re-clean and reporting us to the police without discussion makes it hard to resolve this. Here’s what I’ll do: Send a completely new team—no one from the first visit—at a time you choose. Have Alexander supervise and walk you through the finished clean. Alexander did an amazing job! The apartment has been cleaned with great attention to detail and the bathroom is gleaming white. She was so lovely too. Would really recommend her for anyone looking to freshen up their apartment and enjoy a deep clean.
