This crew did an amazing job at a very difficult job. Especially Osborn who really went at it and worked super hard. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for cleaning services, and do ask for Osborn.

The booking was for a fixed number of hours for an end-of-tenancy clean. Due to the extreme condition of the property, our team advised on arrival that additional time would be required to complete all areas to inspection standard. As additional time was declined, the team completed as much work as possible within the booked hours.
We regret that expectations around time and condition were not aligned and understand this was frustrating.

I can write so many words about this terrible service, nothing was ok, but let’s get to bottom: asking for almost 500 eur for 110m, and the house is NOT CLEAN.
Edit after the response- you ignored my questions over and over, promised a callback 3 times and did not call back.
I explained that just arriving the next day for re-clean will not work. I never agreed to that.
You kept ignoring.
I went and cleaned all the floors between 2-4am before moving day.
You say the cleaning service was not payed…. Can you please show me in the pictures which cleaning service you wish to get money for?
To rectify this, as mentioned, you need to pay me 100eur for my time cleaning in a night less sleep before my moving day.
Honestly after moving in I have so many more photos of dirty places. Do you want more?

Our team, accompanied by a cleaning manager, was scheduled to return the following day at 8:30 AM, which you had agreed to.
However, while our team was on their way, we received your message stating that they would not be allowed access. We promptly contacted you to discuss alternatives and even offered to send a different team, but this was declined. Instead, you requested €100 from us if we were to rectify the issue, despite the cleaning service still being unpaid.

We booked construction cleaning with EasyClean, with the extra option of cleaning equipment provided by EasyClean. The equipment they brought was a shabby vacuum cleaner (clearly not meant for fine dust), one mop, 3 cleaning rugs and one bottle of cleaning soap. The result was as expected: they tried to clean most surfaces but with this equipment it was impossible to properly clean CONSTRUCTION residual. They were also in a rush, not paying attention to the newly painted walls, mopping the floor in a hurry, leaving streaks of dust, making scratches on the walls, etc.
All in all, it was a very disappointing experience.
Edited later: EasyClean called me the next day to apologize and make up for the experience.
Edit 2 days later: the offered free cleaning never happened as the assigned cleaner never showed up. Unacceptable service.
