The cleaners were really nice and very thorough but for my square meter area the timing was 2 people 2.5 hours and more time was needed. My place is ~92 m sq.

I’m quite disappointed with the cleaning service I received. I hired two cleaners for what should have been more than enough time (around 3.5 hours total) to clean a small home of under 60m².
Unfortunately, the work didn’t align with my priorities at all. While one cleaner spent time on details like the inside of cabinets, the fridge, and the oven, the main areas I needed attention on, vacuuming and mopping the floors, were not done.
The other cleaner focused almost entirely on the toilet and bathroom, which was already brand new and didn’t require that level of effort. As a result, the overall space was left without the essential cleaning I specifically requested and needed before moving in.
I expected better coordination and attention to my instructions. Sadly, the service did not meet expectations.

The booking made online was for a standard regular cleaning service with 3.5 hours booked for two cleaners. Upon arrival, the team identified that the property condition was significantly beyond the scope of a regular maintenance clean and was much closer to a post-renovation/post-construction cleanup due to the amount of construction dust, debris, and detailing required throughout the apartment.
Your brother was informed on-site that completing the property thoroughly to the expected standard would realistically require substantially more time, estimated closer to 8-10 hours rather than the originally booked duration. As no significant extension was approved, the team completed as much work as possible within the booked timeframe.
We understand your frustration regarding the floors and priority areas, and we appreciate the feedback. We’ll use this internally to continue improving expectation-setting for heavily soiled and post-renovation properties booked under regular cleaning services.

Benjamin our cleaner was very good and thoughtful, he really made his best and he is a recommend cleaner - he made his best with the tools given to him by easyclean (tools for which we paid by the way), the issue is that easy clean is a disaster - completely inappropriate equipment and Organization.

If you’re behind on cleaning and your landlord is coming over for a visit, they can save the day. I passed my inspection with my landlord, and he was pleased.
And if you’re cautious like me, don’t worry—they have immigration papers and do everything legally, unlike some services that offer suspiciously cheap prices (for the Netherlands), if you know what I mean. They’re reliable!
So you don’t need to worry about repercussions from your landlord. They’re very professional and polite!

I had requested a deep clean but would not consider this a deep clean since the corners still had dirt. After mopping there was still dirt on the mopped floor as well. It was an average clean at best, due to the lack of attention to detail. I will need to now spend time of my own to clean the problem areas.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — borderline dishonest service.
We hired them for a move-out cleaning, expecting professionalism. Instead, we were met with false accusations and zero accountability. They blamed us for a scratch that was clearly not caused by us, simply to avoid taking responsibility or fixing their own mistake.
When confronted, they refused to investigate, denied everything outright, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. This is not just poor service — it’s misleading and untrustworthy behavior.
Be extremely cautious if you choose to work with them. Make sure you document everything before and after, because they will not hesitate to shift blame onto you.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this company.
