Great experience today from Easy Dental first timer here. They had already thoroughly discussed my case of an absess/infection in the tooth prior to me coming in, they had a plan in place of what they wanted to do and was straight at it. Knowing I have anxiety the lovely Melissa held my hand whilst I got numbed and sat with me for a while whilst I panicked a little bit as the dental block was kicking in, even though she was ran off her feet she still made the time to sit with me and make sure I was okay and comfortable, was numbed by Bogdhan which was great fast and painless and then treatment was carried out by Roxana who checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was okay. I’ve had serious issues with one of my teeth for the past three years, along with severe anxiety around dental treatment. I never trusted any dentist to even go near it until I met Bogdan. From the moment I sat in the chair, he immediately made me feel calm and explained everything he was doing throughout the process. An exceptional company well led with an outstanding workforce. A large kitchen and utility room was replaced after a period of careful consultation and communication. Their use of WhatsApp to sustain that communication was inspired and meant issues were dealt with immediately and effectively. It would be invidious to single out individuals but James and Steve were a real pleasure to have in the house, but that does not in anyway detract from others. Cleanliness was a priority, including wrapping up our car in the garage (!) and everything was left tidy every night. We were able to access key appliances and the team supported us despite the disruption - nothing was too much trouble and snagging was completed efficiently and quickly. A highly professional outfit that I have no hesitation in recommending and a wonderful contrast to some of the building horror stories one hears.

I put a crown in and after 5 years the crown came out, I went back to glue the crown back in, and a doctor filed the place where the crown was until she damaged the structure where it needed to be re-glued. And then they saw that it wouldn't fit anymore, they said there was nothing they could do for me, that they had to make another crown, to temporarily glue it in.

When you attended, the crown on your lower left tooth was already loose and the underlying tooth had very limited remaining structure. The crown, along with the post and core, came away easily, indicating that the support had significantly deteriorated over time. Unfortunately, this meant it could not be reliably recemented.

No drilling or filing was carried out during your visit. The difficulty in refitting the crown was due to the condition of the tooth itself, including decay and loss of structure. We discussed the findings and the available options with you at the time.

We always aim to provide appropriate advice based on clinical findings.

I could not recommend Easy Dental enough. I recently visited here and from the second I arrived I was made to feel so at ease. Every single member of staff was friendly, smiling and always happy to help they were a credit to the practice. The service was so professional yet personal at the same time. I would not go anywhere else now. Dr Banica gave me the best smile and confidence I’ve had in years and everything was carried out quickly but efficiently, very thorough and painless. To me it felt more like a spa day than a visit to the dentist and I could not recommend it enough.

We’re sorry to hear your concerns. The patient treated was your wife, and all discussions regarding her care were explained and consented to directly with her. Due to her medical history, the appropriate treatment was a 3 unit bridge replacing one tooth using the two neighbouring teeth for support, which was fully discussed, including costs, before proceeding.
Regarding your comments about our staff, we always aim to be respectful and helpful. While we have Romanian speaking clinicians, we are a UK based practice and the majority our team speak English yet still made every effort to assist despite the language barrier.

I cannot recommend these amazing people enough! I had an emergency and broke one of my front teeth yesterday, and have been an emotional mess because of it! They have already fixed it this morning and are all absolutely incredible! From Maddie on reception helping me get booked in asap, to Dr Roxana the diamond that she is 💎! Dan and his exceptional team have just installed a new kitchen for us and we absolutely love it. From the moment you enter the Thomson Interior showroom for the initial contact to the point when the installation is completed you feel that you are in safe hands. It began with Martin in the showroom who gave us honest, valuable and highly knowledgeable advice regarding design. Big shout out to the construction team, Trevor, James and Dean who were all just tremendous. All very positive in nature. All were multi skilled and brilliant at what they do. All can drink tea for England! If there was a problem there was a steely determination to resolve it. Our thanks too for Craig who constructed the kitchen cabinets. A phrase that continually appears in these Google reviews is "attention to detail" and Craig epitomises this attribute with his fantastic level of craftmanship. Finally, the boss, Dan. Dan was fabulous. He was understanding, positive, accommodating, an excellent communicator and a joy to do business with. Dan has very high standards and this filters down to his team.
