I wanted to give this pharmacy my business as the reviews are stellar and they are family owned. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given the chance to become a customer. When I asked the cashier about whether or not they sold syringes, she told me, “I think you need to be a patient here, sorry.” And that was it. No follow up, no motion to enroll me as a patient or to try at all. Feels out of alignment with all these other positive reviews. What a shame

I am grateful for having Dr. Desai as my PCP. My test results showed my AIC at 13. Dr. Desai never stopped calling me personally insisting I get to the ER immediately. I was hspitialized for 2 days about to go into a diabetic coma. He was persistent and showed compassion and concern about my situation. Had he only called once and left a message I may not have responded. Thank you Dr. Desai.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. They are quick to fill you prescriptions and even have reasonably priced sundries inside. I have also gotten vaccines here and they have a nice private room for you to receive them. I am so glad I transferred by prescriptions here! When pick up in the drive-thru and have my dog, they will fill his treat "prescriptions" too. He loves getting a couple of snack during our visit :).

Great experience - friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient! I'm so glad to have found this place - I’ve always used CVS or Publix pharmacies and can confidently say the service here really stands out from a typical chain pharmacy. This was my first time using an independent pharmacy, and I’m very pleased—I’ll be switching all my prescriptions here going forward. Definitely recommend!

I sent prescriptions to them before I had a chance to call and provide insurance or tell them who I was. I walked in and started to explain and they said "No problem, we have all that. You're good to go." After suffering so many years at that awful CVS, I'm really glad to find an apparently independently-owned pharmacy that is clean, quiet, friendly, helpful, approachable, and even provides delivery...let's treat this place right and draw some more businesses like it to East Point.

Staff are professional and kind. Great communication. They now have refills online, which has made my life easier! So, overall I've had great experiences with this pharmacy and I'm glad I switched over. You just can't get the same experience from a chain pharmacy that you get from a locally-owned business. Very awesome pharmacy got all my pharmacies transferred here it's right across the street from CVS pharmacy and you would think that they would want to do a better job over there. If you're tired of long lines bad attitudes then come on across the street they treat you well and you're in and out. Always pleasant to deal with

I went too the dr appointment with my Wife today . It’s being really rough day for the both of US the dr and staff was really nice and friendly. My wife had too get blood work done and she doesn’t like needles ! There was a young lady today name Coya I hope I’m spelling her name correctly lol . But She was awesome my wife didn’t even feel the needle . She is very outgoing, professional, and just a great person overall . Thank you Coya !! BEST local pharmacy! Like others mentioned, save some time and switch to East Point Pharmacy! They have a Drive-Thru - for those hard of hearing, or visually impaired - big glass window with great speaker box play to express your prescription needs to your team (sorry CVS). They were very helpful over the phone and also deliver locally, which can be a blessing for those with mobility limitations. Great customer service and genuine people that actually want to help our community in East Point. Highly recommend. Thanks!
