In a time in society where customer service is being lost this company puts customer service at the top of their list before they even being to do any work. Miguel was amazing and did an outstanding job and explained everything to us as he was making the magic happen, 1000% we will call them back if we have any issues going forward, I placed his company’s sticker on the hot water heater so we always have his number. Great experience! Jonathan saved us a ton of money and stress.
We have a 30 year old garage door that was sagging and buckling. Instead of trying to push us to replace the whole door which would probably cost $1,500-$2,000, he instead suggested a new brace and two storm spanners.
We ended up paying less than $400. He also oiled up everything, adjusted the springs and adjusted the open and close limiters.
The door is running perfectly now and should last many more seasons.
