Jake came out to give me a price for a new HVAC system. He was very professional didn’t try to sell you anything like that other companies that you do not need since they are a mom and Pop Company. They have better services when you purchase the unit through them. Then somebody’s other larger companies

Eastern shore was recently at my Home. They were amazing and completely professional. When calling to schedule a technician to come out the turn around time was great. I would definitely call again with any future issues. Exceptional service, Highly recommended!

Horrible service Debbie is a nightmare to me over phone the ac never worked and all this woman wanted was payment why would I pay if it’s not working!!! She treated me like I was degenerate even tho there is proof they have been out here multiple times prior please do not use them they are so nasty

Connie Last summer our air conditioning would not work. After sending out 2 different technicians we were ready to move on to another company. Eastern Shore sent out another technician who promptly fixed our system. I commend them for not giving up and seeing it through. Having said that, our system is not functioning properly right now. My husband called Eastern Shore to schedule an appointment. He requested to have the technician that repaired our system last summer. He was blatantly told we could not have a specific technician. I’m not understanding why customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to matter.
