Jake was ontime and took the time to explain the details of the estimate, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really liked the fact that Eastern is a family owned local business. And the price quoted was fair and reasonable. I was impressed.

Wonderful service. The tech found that the dryer vent was not connected correctly and also they used Duct Tape previously and he reconnected with the correct tape. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone interested i getting this done.

Connie Last summer our air conditioning would not work. After sending out 2 different technicians we were ready to move on to another company. Eastern Shore sent out another technician who promptly fixed our system. I commend them for not giving up and seeing it through. Having said that, our system is not functioning properly right now. My husband called Eastern Shore to schedule an appointment. He requested to have the technician that repaired our system last summer. He was blatantly told we could not have a specific technician. I’m not understanding why customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to matter.
