The East Coast Property Services people were terrific today. Very nice manners, and they attacked the job to get it done right and on time. I’d absolutely have them back to my house any time. I think I met most of the company…we had new people every few hours as the job progressed- we were doing a move-in cleaning on a house we just bought. Everyone was really great. Scott was awesome…and Linda…she was terrific too. Very “in charge”. They all knew what was important to be in someone’s house and have it go well. They have a definite system…some do some things, others do other things. No bitching…just getting it done. Now we're hotel clean...5 star hotel clean...couldn't recommend these folks more.

I wrote a glowing review after the very first cleaning. (I have never ever wrote a bad review for anyone, I just want to start with that. I don't complain about service, I don't return bad food etc.)That is smart to ask for a review then. although Danielles staff does and exceptional job. She is so much more expensive than other cleaners. Everything is an add on. Each extra bed is $5 extra they will not move things on counters to dust unless you pay extra. She is very unprofessional. I had a question about cleaning and she took it way out of context and stopped my service, even though she knew I had an event 2 days after she was supposed to clean for me. I even tried to explain what I meant and was so kind and thankful to her. She also says she will take $100 off for a referral she never granted me that. I found someone else who cleans exceptionally well for almost half what she would charge.

I will be using them regularly in the future. First visit was two ladies, subsequent will be just one.
