Walter has been our guy quite a few times and I hope I can do him justice in this review. The rest of the team is incredible too but having the FaceTime with Walter I can confidently say that he’s exceptional! He’s personable, always greets with a smile and communicates the details professionally. We moved to working with East Coast about 5 years ago and in that time have installed mini-splits and replaced the boilers in both of our houses. The dedication to building an integrated tech stack goes far beyond any supplier I’ve worked with. Online invoicing, estimates and The Who’s coming to your house text are the level of customer service others only dream of. Cheers to the whole team and special shout out to Walter!

Another great experience with East Coast HVAC. Walter and his crew helped us out with a furnace issue this time around. I’ve had two previous experiences with East Coast and each time they have come through with efficiency and competence! After this latest service call, I signed up for their maintenance schedule for both the furnace and air conditioning system after Walter explained the benefits of annual check-ups. Just like a medical doctor, East Coast are the doctors for your furnace and AC!

I cannot say enough good things particularly about Matt. My electrical problem was somewhat challenging but Matt never gave up troubleshooting Until he Isolated the problem and fixed it. He even sent me a text to tell me he was on his way and included his cell number! When is the last time you heard that?
