Update:
Dan, the owner, contacted me today to discuss the situation. He sincerely apologized for the communication issues, and came by to see what was going on for himself. He offered to correct the patio, at no cost. He also offered to have someone pull out the remaining ivy tomorrow, also at no cost. We discussed it and agreed to the ivy, and he will haul away some remaining debris for free. My husband and I decided not to change the patio since it's a lot of work to fix. I was more concerned that it was a learning opportunity for his crew for next time they do similar work.
So, because of his sincere apology and dedication to customer service, I'm updating my review to 5 stars. I really appreciate the effort to come out and take a look at the problem and make it right. This felt more like the 5 star treatment others received. Thanks, Dan!

Be careful to read the contract thoroughly before approving it and letting them start. They didn't respond to any questions, through the phone or email, just sent me an invoice. An entire part of the yard wasn't taken care of, and we'll have to pay someone else to finish the work. The only reason they have two stars instead of one is because my husband liked the patio they started for us, although the angle is rotated away from the house. They were cheaper than the others, and I guess you really do get what you pay for. Beware.

We hired Earthborn to install planter boxes and add a drip system to our current irrigation. Initially there were some concerns about the irrigation installation and the planter boxes, but they responded quickly and professionally. I was extremely impressed with Ben and his ability to troubleshoot and fix the irrigation issues. He also replaced several boards on the planter boxes. I’m very grateful for all the work he did.

We're very happy with the spring-time cleanup that Earthborn did on our front and backyards. We needed a big refresh and removal of some dead bushes, blackberries & holly. Ben came and did a thorough walkthrough of the property and worked with us on the estimate, and then returned to kickoff the project. The crew that did the work, Brian & B, were friendly, professional, and worked diligently to make sure that every detail was taken care of -- and then some! We are very happy with the results. Now we just need to maintain!

I am adding to my 5-star review from a couple years back in which I expressed being so happy with the grading and re-sloping that Earthborn Landscape did for us. Their crew was knowledgeable, professional and worked very hard to please us. Communication between the office/administrative staff and us was excellent. Communication between the work crew and us was also excellent. At this point I would also like to point out the honesty and intergrity this company exhibits. Just recently, while getting another estimate from Earthborn for additional landscaping to be done, the representative Dan gave me honest advice/COMPLETE INFORMATION that showed me that money would be saved by going with a type of service that Earthborn does not provide. Thank you, Dan, for the putting the interests of the customer above your own. If I could give more than 5 stars for this company, I would!!

I had a great experience with this company for the last three years. I have been renting out my house and my tenants wanted landscaping which I used their services for. They are always very responsive and quick with replies. Any little issues that ever came up they always corrected things quickly and were open to feedback. For landscaping I also found their prices very fair. I would definitely recommend.

I hired Earthborn to cut back a massive hedge on my property. They made the process very smooth all the way through. The sales team showed up on time, walked my house with me, and gave me a quote in a day or two. The office team communicated well on the work scheduling, following up with both email and text messages to confirm. The project team on site did a great job tackling a massive challenge. I got home from work and everything was cleaned up and my hedge looks great. I will use again next year. Thanks.

My experience with Earthborn was nothing less than amazing! I have an average-sized front lawn that needed replacing with new sod. The crew did a great and efficient job.
Chris, who came to see the job initially, checked on my irrigation system after the installation of sod and discovered that some pipes and even wires had been damaged when a new fence was put in a year ago. He kindly mentioned he would do the work at no charge, but then quickly discovered it was a much larger issue than previously thought. He then continued to repair our irrigation system and to my amazement ended up not charging me anything. This should have been a charge to us, but he stood by his word - that is everything!

Earthborn worked on a very large sod and irrigation installation for a soccer field for our school’s playground. They were amazing to work with. Very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. We ran into some unexpected hurdles and they were excellent at finding solutions and working with us. They are experts. Every time I text or call they are very responsive right away. Such a wonderful crew, I will miss working on this project with them!

We were very happy with the work (clearing and mulch) that the 2 guys did for us! They were conscientious, and asked questions when necessary. They worked very hard, quickly but neatly too. They left the yard clean too. We would recommend them to others!
