Early Bird sent Mark to investigate our electrical problems in our newly constructed home. Mark determined that the builder placed the wrong circuit breaker amperage and the wrong size wire to support our electric oven. The city inspector missed this mistake also. Mark was timely, professional, and clearly articulated what was needed to correct the builder’s mistake.
Tim Hammack was a pleasure to have at our home. He got all the work needed at this time, as well as explaining options we could have for service in the future.He was fun to have at our home.
Mitchell arrived on time. Communication was excellent. Our electrical issue had “magically” fixed itself overnight but Mitchell identified the problem and did a thorough inspection to give us as much information as we needed should there be a recurrence.

Yesterday, Mark Shetka from Early Bird Electric came out at the end of his day. He was ready to go and checked our 4-plug box with surge protector for our computer equipment. He was thorough and diligent in checking the inside wiring an connections. He then checked our electrical panel and reassured us that it was it terrific shape. We have used Early Bird Electric for many years because they are always prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced- and because their electricians, like Mark really do good work!

Carl did a great job putting in a new outlet for my treadmill. He replaced other outlets that were old and not working correctly. Also had Sang replace a bad circuit breaker. I would recommend them for their quick response and professional work.

Mark the technician was very professional and answered all my questions and fixed our issue, which was that some lights that had gone out in our utility room. I have no complaints about the work he did.
I took 3 stars off because he was here for approximately 15 minutes and replaced a light switch that had gone bad. He also quoted us on a new transformer but somehow those two things cost us over $500?!?!

Bathroom had no power - Max ran a diagnostic test ($505), found GCFi outlet issue and replaced that one outlet. The price of the installed outlet+labor was included in the cost of the diagnostic. He was quick and efficient.

Sam K. came out on a Sunday evening when one of our breakers wouldnt reset. A significant portion of our house was out of power. Even though he'd been working since 7am that day, he stayed until he'd found the source of the power outage and fixed it. He was both knowledgeable and very kind. He let my boys and I watch him work from a safe distance and explained what he was doing. He didn't hesitate to call a master electrician when he needed a second opinion. Altogether it was a great experience and I would highly recommend EarlyBird.

I haven't had the work done yet, so I'll update this later as well, but I just wanted to put out that even getting a bid from them is outstanding. I had Nick Leech out to provide a bid for adding outlets, lights and switches to a basement I'm finishing. He was prompt, and extremely friendly and professional. We walked the entire basement, and instead of just jumping in, took time to ask me what the plans were, what I was going for, and gave me suggestions on what he would recommend to get my ideal plan. He spent time explaining the reasoning behind everything that they needed to do, instead of just saying they need to do it. At the end, he went through multiple different options and even ones that are "bandaid" options, that I didn't even know about. Even after everything, we walked the basement again, just so he could verify everything was correct and the plan was solid, and I wouldn't have any issues at the end of the project. I had someone out the day prior, and they were in and out in 20 minutes, and gave me the bare bones walkthrough, with no explanations or anything. Nick was out here for almost 2 hours, and he left me with zero questions or concerns when he left, where the first one was more of a "well, I guess?".
So needless to say I went with Early Bird! Will update in a week when it's completed!

We needed an emergency electrician when our furnace shut off at the beginning of this winter! After calling multiple electricians, Early Bird was the only one with someone on call and no AI voice assistant on the other end of the phone! The woman who set up the appointment was friendly and on top of it, the electrician Carl was there on time and just about the friendliest person ever. He identified the issue as a partial Xcel outage. He stuck around to help me navigate the call with the energy company and made sure they were able to be out promptly before he left. Made a point of not charging me for anything but the emergency dispatch. Nice to have a trusted electrician for the next project or emergency!

I recently hired Mitch and Zach to install ceiling fans, fix some old wiring and adjust outlets, and run new wiring in difficult places to install in our “new” 70s built house . It was a lot of small jobs which made for a big job, and I couldn't be happier with their service! They completed all the work in just a day and a half, which was impressive. What's more, they identified and fixed some underlying issues with the old wiring that we didn’t know was there, which was a huge relief. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly how we wanted things done. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and everything passed inspection! I highly recommend them for any electrical work and will call them if we decide we need more work done in the future!
