One of the most smooth experiences I've ever had. Eagle Title has an amazing online platform that keeps everything organized and transparent. Once we arrived at their offices to close (as the seller), we realized how well run and knowledgeable this organization is. Everything was perfect. We had to bring our three year old daughter, and Eagle Title made her feel right at home with toys and coloring books while we started signing. Additionally, our Eagle Title POC had an amazing knowledge of veterans benefits when it comes to housing and property taxes. I would recommend Eagle Title to anyone and everyone looking for a smooth process and expert guidance!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. We met with Gregory Ferra to discuss estate planning. Greg was terrific—he carefully listened to us, our concerns, and questions. He is grounded, friendly and clearly, very well educated in his field. He took time to explain the “language” and guided us through the entire and on-going process. He set up time to call us in addition to meeting us in person to respond to ensuing questions. He’s supported by an extremely competent staff, which reflects the exceptional, professional attention one gets at Liff, Walsh & Simmons.

What a wonderful experience! I would like to thank Cheryl from Eagle Title for making my home buying process so seamless.
