I had the pleasure of meeting George “Chip” Holmes, owner of Eagle Home Appraisal, and he made a great impression on me. George is very professional, personable, and genuinely a nice guy. You can tell pretty quickly that he takes his work and reputation seriously and cares about the people he works with. Really good guy, easy to talk to, and someone I’d definitely recommend. It’s always nice meeting good people who run local businesses here in Las Vegas.

Chip with Eagle Home did such a wonderful job, I’m a Realtor and my clients opted to do a appraisal prior to listing the home and Chip was able to step in and take care of business in a short 3 day turnaround. I had to get an appraisal for my mother's house that was in a trust and needed it quick as my taxman was requesting it for the IRS. The house is in Las Vegas Nevada, and I live in California. Chip and David followed my lead for an appointment, They came out at the assigned time, did their thing and I got my appraisal in a few days. The whole experience was awesome, timely and totally Professional. Highly recommended!

We needed a fair market evaluation of our home and she performed the home inspection and set to work on the appraisal. She finished the thorough120 page report within her 10 day completion estimate. I was very impressed with Eagle Home Appraisal Services, with Chip ****** and David *****, the Office Assistant. When I contacted Eagle to conduct some appraisals for two properties under contract, David was most accommodating to get the appraisals, ordered and scheduled to get the information we needed. These particular appraisals were part of appraisal contingencies for properties in escrow. When we had to make some adjustments to our plans, we found both David and Chip ****** very responsive to our adjustments when the properties fell out of escrow due to other reasons. What I learned from the entire experience is that Eagle Home Appraisals can very handily be my "go to" appraisal service for any transaction. Chip and his company are professional, responsive, and willing to respond to deadlines while maintaining the rigorous standards required for home / property appraisals. Thank you Eagle!
