We had a great experience here. Last minute we decided we wanted to rent some E-bikes and they were very accommodating. Ovie helped us check out the bikes and gave us a great recommendation to visit the town over called Fiesole. It had beautiful views of the entire city of Florence, something we wouldn't have known about without his help. They worked with our tight schedule and everything was very easy. Highly recommend this place!
