Ethen went above and beyond to help us get our roof covered by insurance. He helped us fight them for 7+ months, and in the end, we got a new roof and only had to pay our deductible. Without him, we would have paid 10,000+ to get a new roof. Highly recommend this company. The crew who installed the new roof was super kind and respectful, and they cleaned up great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience (aside from all the trouble my insurance company gave me - but I knew Ethen had it covered!)

Few weeks ago during the wind storm, I lost few shingles but I was not able to find where they were ripped off. I called Ethen and he was able to come and inspect the roof very quickly before the following rain does more damage. He inspected the roof, found the missing shingles and patched the area with an underlayment. Within the next few days, he came by with his crew and patched the area with new shingles. It was a great experience and I would strongly recommend anyone who needs a roof repair/replacement to give them a chance. The most pleasant part of the experience was no pressure and very clear communication.

Dynasty was great to work with from start to finish. We had lots of communication throughout the process which made us feel confident that the work being done was top notch. The estimate was fair and the price quoted was near what the final balance ended up being. This was a rental property of ours. We’ve had our own roof and now an investment property done with Ethen. We are planning already, for him to do our next roof at another rental building. You won’t regret using Dynasty Roofing & Restoration.

Orion and his teams made this an exceptional experience from start to finish. After some initial delays in the insurance inspection process, the build process was smooth and professional. My roof is large and steeply pitched but the job was finished in one day! The inspection also revealed gutter damage. Orion’s gutter team replaced all of our gutters as well. The entire process was professional and courteous. Dynasty delivered what they promised and did it well!! Thank you Orion and Dynasty.

I can’t recommend Dynasty Roofing & Restoration enough. I received a letter in my mailbox from the owner, Ethen Steele, and decided to get an inspection. He came out to inspect my roof, found three wind-damaged shingles, and diligently worked with my insurance company to get my entire roof replaced (my roof was 20 years old and the shingles had been discontinued). Ethen and his crew finished the roof in a day and a half, and did an excellent job. I was particularly impressed with Ethen’s professionalism and persistence advocating on my behalf with my insurance company. I’m proud to give them a 5-star review. As you can see from the photo, my new roof looks awesome!
