Ordered a slat fencing equipment for a client and had it delivered to their address. Installed the post on the first day, went back the second day to cut the slats and install, and got half way through the job and dynamic steelform had delivered a pack of different coloured slats. Didn't realise until after I had cut them all to length. I lost 4 hours of labour and all they could do is deliver a new pack of the correct colour in 3 to 4 hours time. Nothing about loosing 4+ hours of labour! Not happy.
Bob and the team have exceptional customer service and responsiveness, we have recently started working with them and really appreciate their can do attitude and quality of delivery.

Been in Australia nearly 20 years, first time heard restore fees…returning 2 new down pipes bought wrong yesterday, got asked for charging 20% restore fees. Anyway only 7 dollars…petty lady Rina..
Business was bigger than I expected. Good range and pricing.
Slight challenge with understanding each other a few times but they got my order perfectly.
I was buying colorbond fencing and they were cheaper than the bigger brand name companies.

Best price, best service and friendly people :) . Just hope that they added more of their products on their website so that I can order online without driving 30min :) . Also if they have a " U" channel for back of Patio I don't have to go different shop to buy it. So far they are doing a Great job!!

Excellent customer service, they really do look after you - had one small issue with some flumes not being the BAL rated ones and it was resolved within 1 business day even though they were a custom made item. Good Prices and well packed for delivery
I've used a few of the competitors before in the past and would only ever use Dynamic moving forwards

Hi Stephen, thanks for your review. We received your order and sent you the shop drawings for confirmation but didn’t receive a reply. We struggled to make contact with you until we received your call to set the deadline for the order without confirming that the amounts/lengths of the products were correct. Our orders also require the final payment to be paid one day before the delivery date, but you refused. Apologies if there was any miscommunication regarding your order.

This has much cheaper steel products than bunnings with a delivery cost of $75.The delivery takes about a week from ordering and the steel sheets are cut to the length that you want.
