Very professional personel and Ashley was very attentive and very analytical...he went above and beyond to help me irrespective of the amount of time we had , I came to him on the 18th with soon to expiring EAD ( 21st) ..he did more than the other attorney should have ...hence I fired him right away ..they are very responsive 24hr service ...

From the beginning of our engagement, we worked closely with you on your matter, including consultations with our managing partner, coordination with our paralegal team, and direct communication with prospective employers to evaluate their eligibility and readiness to support your petition. During the process, you identified three different prospective employers as potential sponsors. Each change required our office to restart significant portions of the legal work, including renewed legal analysis, employer verification, and compliance review.
Our due diligence ultimately revealed serious concerns regarding one of the prospective employers that prevented us from moving forward with the petition. As immigration attorneys, we have an ethical and professional obligation to ensure that any petition filed is supported by a qualifying employer and complies with applicable immigration requirements. When we determine that those standards cannot be met, we cannot proceed with filing, regardless of how much work has already been completed.
The fees deposit paid under our flat-fee agreement covered the legal services performed on your behalf, including consultations, employer outreach, case analysis, and compliance review. Those services were completed, even though the matter ultimately could not proceed to filing. We have waived the balance owed to the law firm.
In an effort to resolve the situation amicably, we offered a partial refund and an early release from our agreement purely as a gesture of good faith, which you declined insisting that your full deposit be refunded. We have provided you by email detailing the precise work performed over four month period we were retained. The time spent on your matter exceeded your deposit
While we understand your frustration, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our services and remain confident that we acted diligently, ethically, and in accordance with our professional obligations throughout our representation.
We are sorry that the matter did not result in the outcome you were hoping for, and we wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
