From the beginning of our engagement, we worked closely with you on your matter, including consultations with our managing partner, coordination with our paralegal team, and direct communication with prospective employers to evaluate their eligibility and readiness to support your petition. During the process, you identified three different prospective employers as potential sponsors. Each change required our office to restart significant portions of the legal work, including renewed legal analysis, employer verification, and compliance review.

Our due diligence ultimately revealed serious concerns regarding one of the prospective employers that prevented us from moving forward with the petition. As immigration attorneys, we have an ethical and professional obligation to ensure that any petition filed is supported by a qualifying employer and complies with applicable immigration requirements. When we determine that those standards cannot be met, we cannot proceed with filing, regardless of how much work has already been completed.

The fees deposit paid under our flat-fee agreement covered the legal services performed on your behalf, including consultations, employer outreach, case analysis, and compliance review. Those services were completed, even though the matter ultimately could not proceed to filing. We have waived the balance owed to the law firm.


In an effort to resolve the situation amicably, we offered a partial refund and an early release from our agreement purely as a gesture of good faith, which you declined insisting that your full deposit be refunded. We have provided you by email detailing the precise work performed over four month period we were retained. The time spent on your matter exceeded your deposit

While we understand your frustration, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our services and remain confident that we acted diligently, ethically, and in accordance with our professional obligations throughout our representation.

Before addressing your concerns, we would like to note that the petition we filed on your behalf was approved on the very same day that your review was posted. to We were pleased to see your case achieve a successful outcome, as we were successful in obtaining the objective you retained our firm for. We have no doubt that the work product we prepared and the preparation we provided to you and Anna led to the approval of the case.

We are sorry to hear that this experience was stressful, and I'm here to address your concerns directly. We have made repeated attempts to clarify the services for which you retained our firm. Following our initial consultation in June 2025, you were provided with, and paid an invoice in full that itemized the specific scope of work for which our firm was retained. That scope did not include attorney attendance at your interview. Attorney attendance was neither included in the agreed-upon representation nor discussed or requested prior to the interview date thirteen months later (July 8 2026).

We're confident that the scope of representation you retained us for was fully and effectively delivered, and we're pleased that the petition was approved.

We take all client concerns seriously and hold ourselves to high professional standards. When clients request in-person attendance in advance, we are always happy to accommodate them whenever possible.

When you contacted our office on July 8th , we made every effort to promptly address your concern in real time— multiple team members attempted to clarify this over the phone and emailed you confirming the parameters of the representation. We explained and presented you with the invoice issued which itemized the work product.

We worked hard to prepare for your interview, and we're glad to see that our hard work reflected in the succesful outcome of your case. While our ethical obligations regarding client confidentiality prevent us from discussing further details of your matter publicly, we stand behind the quality, professionalism, and accuracy of the work we completed on your behalf.
