Brandon is a wonderful realtor, friend, and so much more! We would recommend him to anyone who needs an expert in the field. We owed our home for 15 years, and over that time have debated on if/when we should sell it. Finally this summer we felt the time was right and called Brandon. This was not the first time we had him look at our house/market. He is always willing to discuss things with us and find out our current wants and needs. We made a lot of updates and improvements to the house over the years. However, Brandon suggested doing some things to make it more modern and fresh. He coordinated all of the work with the contractors, and even helped us find a townhouse and movers so we could move out and get settled into our new rental. His expertise and contacts made the process quick and easy. It was only 3 months from our initial meet-up with Brandon to the close of escrow. I can't tell you how many things were done in that amount of time, it was incredible! Also Brandon's knowledge about the market and what buyers want strategically positioned our house. We were under contract within 8 days and closed within 3 weeks. It was one of the fastest timelines anyone had seen during that season/market. Another thing to note is this was our first home and was special to us when we moved to AZ. We raised our dogs there and it was the only place our son had lived in, so emotions were high!
