Today my first session was postponed to 2pm from 9am as zin took mc. Aung came. She was rough and unprofessional, mop my floor and keep having the 'bang bang,' sounds and rinse my mop too hard until the cloth teared as seen in picture.

I've decided to stop using dustaway after almost a year of using them. Reasons being: 1) cleaners do not clean well, tried 3-4 cleaners on rotational basis and they were good initially, and got complacent eventually. If you are not watching, they tend to slack off especially in the rooms/bathrooms where you are not looking i.e. extremely slow. Also, told them repeatedly to wipe surfaces with solution but they either ignore or do not wipe at all. Unfortunately I've to clean areas which cleaner missed out, on my own multiple times 2) cleaners are generally unhappy with firm, a few actually told me they are overworked and indeed they look very tired, so i guess i can't blame them fully for the poor job done. 3) service isn't cheap, paying $75/3h and $100/4h on some occasions. Have switched to another agency last month and it is much better

For the post Reno cleaning, the crew was very dedicated and thorough. Every single corner of the house was carefully vacuumed and cleaned. I engaged again a few weeks later for general house cleaning and they didn’t disappoint as well. San San was very experienced and knowledgeable in the use of various cleaning machines and products so I had a peace of mind leaving her to take care of the house.

The service from dustaway was very good! It really is different from other companies I’ve tried. The employee who did my cleaning was really hardworking. Even when the stains were hard to remove, he tried his very best and did not do bare minimum, which my husband and I really appreciate. I have not seen so much dirt being removed when other companies cleaned my sofa and carpet! I will continue to engage them every year! ☺️

The cleaning is not thorough. The cleaners seemed eager to complete the job and go home. And I had to point out all the parts they missed out on. When they left I still found thick dust on the floor skirting. Update: There was service recovery given with a second session to fix the oversight.

This is the first time I engaged dustaway services for their raya pre cleaning services. I must say I am very happy with the service and will engaged them again in the future. Cleaners came on time and did a thorough job in organising and cleaning the house. They had an eye for detail and no speck of dust or dirt was left on site. I was initially worried that 4hrs was not enough time but they were able to finish within the allocated time. Both Hein and Yin did a great job!!
