Worth every penny. Crew was on time, efficient, and friendly. Even my dog loved having them here (maybe it was the toy and treats they left behind for her). My house is clean and smells so good. I called to get information and the customer service was horrible. She acted as if it were a problem to listen to my questions before she gave me a quote. . Very dismissive and questioned me about calling before… which I had not… but what if I did…I am sure others might have the same questions. I ended the call by saying I would want to use their services. First was my first interaction… what would have happened if as a customer I had questions. Poor first impression

So far I’ve had a great experience with the team at Dust and Mop. The individual who cleans my house does a fantastic job and is good with pets. My dogs and my teen love her. We look forward to her visits because the house looks spectacular when she’s done.

Very disappointed in this Company! Went through the website quote request process (which included full address), had a long conversation with the Site Bot, followed by multiple text messages and phone calls with the Customer Service rep over the following two days Decided on the Service Plan (Initial Deep Clean with biweekly standard cleaning) and booked the date through the website complete with payment information. The next day, received an email that all my bookings had been cancelled because they do not service my section of Charlotte! But, they will be very happy to have me "come back" when they do expand to Mint Hill! What?? Totally unprofessional!
Excellent cleaning job. Now I feel proud to put house on market. Cleaners arrived on time and were pleasant.

Was so pleased with Artrena and Charles! This was the first time that we have used them and we just went through a kitchen model and needed the place deep cleaned as best they could, while we’re still trying to put things back together. My husband was so impressed, he said he’s never seen our bathrooms so clean. Would highly recommend them anytime!
