We’ve been using Durant Lifts for our lift maintenance and have been really happy with the service. They are easy to deal with, reliable, and always explain things clearly without overcomplicating it. Whenever we have had an issue, they have responded quickly and got things sorted properly! The engineers clearly know what they are doing, and it gives us confidence knowing the lift is being looked after by a company that actually cares.

Had Durant Lifts out today to fix our lift and honestly really happy with how it all went. The engineer was friendly, knew what he was doing, and got the lift working again without any hassle. It’s a big relief having the lift back up and running properly. Based on today, we’ll definitely be setting up a lift maintenance contract with Durant Lifts going forward. Good service, easy to deal with, and would happily recommend them.

The lift at a property we manage in North London was out of service for most of last year. The contractor was Stannah Lifts and simply...they did not have the man power to fix the lift or the customer service to care. We were introduced to this amazing company called Durant Lifts who are professional, responsive, and fixed the lift within a week. The lift now works smoothly, the residents are happy and we are very pleased that we have found a lift company that really cares. I would recommend this family run business, we are lucky to have Durant on board!

Excellent service extremely knowledgeable with truthful diagnostics in accordance with regulatory compliance including detailed analysis and estimates provided including guarantee on repairs. We literally saved thousands using their services out lift was fixed up and running in a day! Alternative companies were eagerly quoting for a new lift costing around 100k which was determined as completely unnecessary. Thank you
