I was in need of repair on my shingle roof and Duramax Roofing came highly recommended. I called them on a Friday and they came on Monday. Based on my schedule, Monday was the best, but they did offer to come on Saturday or Sunday. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family(and anyone else!)

After getting several quotes, Duramax Roofing made us feel at ease using them for a new roof. Bill is an honest and knowledgeable guy, who was extremely fair and upfront about everything. From what damage we had on the old roof, to honestly saying "do not go into the next hurricane season with that old roof" and staying on top of the construction of the new roof. Bill even did another inspection after my pool solar panels were re-installed to just double check there was nothing missed.
Donna, his wife - was amazing with communication, scheduling, billing, and the inspections. We are extremely pleased and happy with everything from start to finish from Duramax Roofing.

One of the most impressive things about Duramax Roofing was the estimate and suggested repair was done by the extremely experienced Bill Creech. He explained the issues thoroughly and took plenty of time to answer our questions. Also, they take special care in monitoring the weather as for as rain and cold temperatures which are both important in tile roof repairs.
Communication from their office is better than any I have experienced with any other company. Their response to phone calls, texts, and emails are all very prompt and thorough.
They came highly recommended from several neighbors who also used them for tile roof repairs and we were very pleased with their work.
After repairs done, their cleanup of the area was very good.

Bill came out a few years ago and fixed damage to our roof after a storm. And then Milton destroyed our roof and Bill and his team just installed a whole new roof. Communication is excellent, work was done in a timely manner with no issues at all. Donna is pleasant to work with and communicated thoroughly through this whole process. I appreciate everything Duramax has done to get our house back to normal after the hurricane. While I hope to never need their services again lol, I would definitely call them and highly recommend Duramax. Thank you!
