Good morning Ed and Joyce,
I spoke with your wife Joyce, and scheduled a repair crew to come out on the 19th. While the repair crew was out there, he called me and asked to leave because you were yelling at him for not being able to speak english. He was trying to get you to talk to the translator on the phone but you refused. After which I gave you call and spoke to you on your wife for over 30 minutes about a solution. All three of us agreed that our repair crew would come back, do a better job of spreading the dirt along the fence line, and remove the concrete pieces. I specifically told both you and your wife during this conversation that our repair crew was booked all week for repairs and would return the following week. I have time stamped documentation (5/23) on your repair case that our repair crew was to come out today (5/27) and finish the work as long as all his repairs from the previous week were taken care of per our conversation.
I did call your wife 6x on Sunday afternoon, 4 of which went straight to voicemail. My assumption was she was in an area of bad service or her phone was off, and trying to get ahold of either you or her was important to me. I am sorry if that came across differently. I did leave a voicemail, politely asking you guys to give me a call to discuss our previous conversation. Unfortunately I got a phone call from the police instead of you guys asking that I stop contacting you. After that phone call with the constable, you and your wife proceeded to post three more times on different social media sites with negative reviews. All of this could have been solved with a simple phone call asking for an update on the situation (which I have scheduled for today per our previous conversation, which is also time stamped on 5/23/25).
