David the field supervisor was very polite ,explained everything that needed to done in terms I could understand .Tyrese the technician also very pleasant to work with . Kept me informed of what he was doing . He was very respectful of my home and left everything clean and neat . My home was so dusty before this service . I’ve noticed a big difference since having everything cleaned .
Duct Dogs scheduled an appointment with us and had to reschedule because they were running behind, no problem it happens. They asked me to pick a new appointment time and never confirmed until I followed up to confirm. 15 minutes before the end of my new appt window they texted to say the technician was behind and finishing up a job and a 40 minutes drive away. Knowing this, they could've absolutely reached out earlier than they did. They said with the delay they'd be there in an hour and a half to two hours. Two and a half hours later with no communication, I reached back out and they said he was just leaving then and would be an hour because of traffic. I asked how long it would take to do the service so we could decide if we had enough time for the service before our baby's bedtime but received no response, so I canceled. Never heard back. Very poor customer communication and the texts I received were not very professional responses. Do not recommend using as we were blown off and wasted 2 Saturdays in a row and the communication was poor. Doesn't seem like they care whether they get your business or not, so save the headache and find someone else who actually cares.
I just had my air ducts cleaned by Duct Dogs
. The technician, Isaiah, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a remarkable job. He did offer some additional services, but I did not feel pressured in any way. I would recommend Duct Dogs and specifically Isaiah.
