I left a great review for Duct-Pro a few minutes ago. Somehow it ended up on Las Vegas Air Duct Cleaning website. I did not use Las Vegas Air Duct Cleaning. I have never heard of them. Duct Pro did a thorough cleaning both in the dryer vent and tubing inside, but they also went on the roof to clean the vent on the roof. Duct-Pro isn’t cheap but it is a lot cheaper than a clogged vent causing a fire.

I think I found my go-to company for any issues. Another company had told me I needed all new ductwork (my house is only 4 years old), and the quote was insanely high. It didn't sit right, so I decided to get a second opinion. Tal was my technician--he showed up on time, was very professional, and kept everything clean. After inspecting the system, he actually took the time to show me pictures and explain what was going on. Turns out everything with the system was fine, and I didn't need new ductwork at all--it was just my AC filters. He even recommended the right kind to use. I honestly couldn't believe it was something so simple. It's rare to find a company that's this honest and doesn't try to upsell unnecessary work. I've already recommended them to a friend, and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The technician, Tal and his colleague, were professional, thorough with the report put and efficient with his work. Very knowledgeable and I appreciated his quick diagnosis of the problem. He was able to fix our dryer problem in less than hour compared to another company who told us there was nothing wrong with the vent and the problem was the dryer itself. Long story short, after fixing the dryer issue, continued to have dryer problems and called Duct pro instead. Best decision! Will utilize this company for future maintenance needs. Thank you!

They arrived on-time, were very professional, and cleaned up prior to leaving. Videos with before and after photos were taken and provided to me. The entire job took just over 2 hours. Tal and his assistant were great! Tal is extremely knowledgeable and fixed a simple HVAC issue that another well known national company created but couldn't fix. The main issue for contacting DUCT-PRO was an odor I thought was coming for ducts that had not been cleaned in years. They did an awesome and thorough job cleaning all ducts, vents, registers etc. and the price was very fair (not like the overpricing and no fix "G" company). As it turned out my root problem (odor) was a plumbing issue not HVAC. But to know the the deep clean of the ducts is going to improve my air quality I'm very happy! So I'm going to choose DUCT-PRO every time I need HVAC help ... forget the other guys!!! THANK YOU!! Plus they kept my house clean while performing their job! This is a 5 star company for a reason.

Had these guys come out to clean the air ducts and honestly didn’t expect much, but they did a really solid job. Showed up on time, super easy to talk to, and explained what they were doing without making it complicated. They were careful with everything, didn’t leave a mess, and just handled it like pros. You can actually feel the difference in the air after, which was a nice surprise. Overall just a smooth experience, fair price, no issues at all. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone

Had my dryer vents cleaned for the first time since moving out here 11 months ago. The 2 technicians showed up right on time. They were very efficient as they showed me the before and after photos of the vents. Apparently, the previous owners haven't cleaned it in atleast 5 years. The before pictures showed that the vents were really clogged. The after pictures showed that the vents were now nice and clean. They also took a video of them cleaning it out. They were very friendly as well. I plan on using them again and I highly recommend them.
