I recently got a standard wheelchair from Dubai Mobility and I’m really happy with it. The quality is very good, and it’s comfortable to use for long periods. Their customer service was also excellent—very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend Dubai Mobility!
Honestly, one of the best customer service I have ever received, I had requested a powered chair for my mother but she didn't like it however the staff replaced it to a mobility scooter during late hours and our trip was hassle free all thanks to Dubai Mobility, I would recommend it to anyone, 10/10 will try again

الملاحظات والمشاكل
اولا الفاتورة الاولى ليومين كانت خاطئة ثم تم تعديلها وللاسف اضيف مبلغ 20 درهم فبدلا من 360 تم دفع 380 وعندما سالت عن السبب ادعى الموظف انها ضريبة ؟؟ وبعدها تم التمديد ليومين واحتسب المبلغ 360 فاين هي للضريبة :(
ثانيا المحل يفتح الساعة العاشرة للاسترجاع وذكرت لهم ان سفرتي صباحا فلن استطيع فقلت ساضعها عند الاستقبال فذكروا ان علي دفع مبلغ 100 درهم ؟؟ فقررت اعادتها قبل يوم وطلبت استرجاع مبلغ اليوم ورفضوا ؟؟ فخسرت مبلغ يوم والعربة موجودة لديهم
ثالثا العربة فيها خلل مسامير ساقطة اضطررت الذهاب بها للصيانة بنفسي ودفع مبلغ للمسامير ههههه فعلا تجربة سيئة جدا
كنت انوي ان اضع تقييم جيد لكن للاسف التعامل في النهاية غير جيد والسعر اصلا ليس بالقليل اليوم الواحد بمبلغ 180 درهم
Following a few weeks of testing our Icon Up.Lift stairlift that I recently had installed for my wife's needs by Dubai Mobility, we are most pleased with it's ease of operation and impressive design to seamlessly run up and down on its monorail
Not only that, I would like to thank Jonathan in guiding me on various queries and in the professional installation by his team who diligently tried their best to complete the installation within 3 days which was not so easy to do for them when you have strict working times in some newer compound developments and the complex design we had that had to manage various corners and bends
I highly recommend the professional services of Dubai Mobility and would not hesitate in using them for other mobility aids
Also very happy to know the stairlift has changed my wife's life and also made her more independent from myself and our children
