Ordered saw with two batteries and charger, batteries and saw arrive with no saw, phoned to ask what was going on, told courier would deliver next day, next day came phoned to see what was happening was told I would get called back, yet I didn't very very poor service do not tell someone something unless you can keep you word, they also say in their on wait line we deliver what we promise or words to that effect, couldn't be further from the truth, very disappointed,

Ordered grass trimmer and arrived a couple of days later. Decent price too.
Would definitely recommend.

I placed an order with DTW on a Friday afternoon, a week later, and I hadn’t received my order. I sent them a message through the chat function on their website and 5 minutes later it was all resolved.
They sent my order out for next working day delivery, and even upgraded part of order because of the delay.
Outstanding customer service and the deal that they were offering on the tools that I bought was also amazing.
I will definitely be using DTW in the future.
