So glad to have found DT Electric. Multiple light switches wouldn’t dim or work consistently and sometimes even warm to the touch. DJ came out and took his time to troubleshoot and fix previous poor wiring and a faulty switch. We knew it was a job for a professional. The cost is flat fee based on job description and put towards work done. When you call for a quote, consider this, most services charge a show up fee, then parts & labor plus crazy add on fees. The price is upfront and fair. We just found our new electrician!!!
Does not get any better. The epitome of what a company should be. Honest reliable, knowledgeable, caring and precise with your wants and needs. I have used them from servicing my generator to outlets upgrades in new shop that another company messed up.
Recently water pipe in home burst and they came immediately to get outlets back for my handicapped daughters chair lift. Words cannot express our gratitude. Will have them back soon for more upper deck outlets and baths

We recently had some improvements made to our house, adding additional exterior lighting and an additional exterior outlet, as well as a pair of electric heaters for our bathrooms.
Tyler, who came out to quote the job, listened to what we wanted done and talked through the pros and cons of various options at different price points for all three tasks. We chose the options that made the most sense for our house and our budget.
Jonathan and Josh performed all the installation in half a day. When they arrived, they talked us through their instructions to ensure it was all what we wanted and expected, explaining what they would do and how they would do it. Their work was exceptional. They were thorough with their clean-up. They were very polite through the entire job. We are completely satisfied with the quality of their work and we already have them queued up for a lighting project for our outdoor patio.
Just great work all the way around.
Follow-up Review
DT Electric to the rescue.
We are having a concrete patio installed and the excavation process showed us that the conduit with the power line between house and garage was not installed correctly. That conduit and power line would need to be replaced before any major work could continue. Since we were on a schedule, we needed this corrected as soon as possible. Having recently worked with DT Electric, we called them again and explained our situation.
The very next day, Justin came to review the issue. He gave us two options and we chose the one that suited us the best. The following day, Cole and Josh came out to make the necessary corrections. They verified the repair option that we chose and got to work. Four hours later everything was corrected, the installation looks great, and everything is ready for our contractor to continue their work.
We greatly appreciate that they were able to fit us into their schedule on such short notice so our patio build schedule was not affected. They are our first choice for any further electrical work we may need.

I was a little reluctant to pay up front for diagnostic and repair services. I was told it would cover 2 hours of work, and I was nervous I’d have paid and they wouldn’t have figured out what was wrong. Thank goodness I went with DT Electric anyway.
Steve and Josh from DT Electric solved a huge, mysterious problem for me. I moved into a house built in 1951 that had been renovated by the previous owner, and one day our vacuum cleaner blew a fuse that took down all our bathroom and primary bedroom lighting. Except it wasn’t a circuit on the panel. All the circuits were actively bringing power, and working as expected. It had to be a GFCI tripped somewhere. Except it wasn’t. I tried getting the problem fixed with my usual electricians, the ones who put in the GFCIs, but they spent hours trying to figure it out and couldn’t. They just gave up.
Not Steve. Not Josh. Not DT Electric. Steve promised me he wouldn’t give up. They investigated, they traced circuits, they checked every single switch and outlet for loose or insecure connections. They stuck with it. They were rockstars. Give those guys a raise.
After learning a ton from their investigation about the crazy wiring in my old house, they found the problem and solved it. One connection in a light switch, in a room that seemed totally unrelated, had two wires misaligned in the wire nut. They aligned the wires, re-secured them, and everything was back to normal. It was not an easy find, and they were dedicated and committed to fixing it for me. Electrical work isn’t cheap, and these guys show up and deliver the value you pay for.

Justin Morris from DT Electric LLC came out today to help with some electrical work in our home, and he did a phenomenal job! He repaired a faulty light switch in our bedroom and swapped out a chandelier for us.
