His communication and responsiveness are as good the best, and better than the rest. We had a 15" x 10" hole cut in our ceiling to repair a plumbing leak above. Ron responded promptly, set up a date and time the same week, arrived on time, patched, primed and painted the ceiling (making sure the paint we had on hand matched), and cleaned up the work area afterward. I'd gladly hire him again if another project pops up.
