I have been following Dr. Mahmood for yearssss and I’m not even exaggerating. Every before & after, every patient story, I’ve literally watched her work for so long and just knew one day it would be me. The consistency and the detail! The way her results are so natural but still life changing is actually insane.
I’ve done sooo much research on surgeons and I always end up back on her page. There’s just something different about her. You can tell she actually understands womens bodies and proportions instead of just doing the same look on everyone. Nothing looks copy and paste. Everything looks soft, balanced, and still like YOU just better.
And honestly, seeing a woman of color absolutely dominate in a male dominated industry means so much more than people talk about. It matters. It makes you feel seen. It makes you feel safe. My experience with Dr. Mahmood has been nothing short of exceptional. This was my very first experience with any surgeon — let alone undergoing a plastic surgery procedure, and an intimate one at that. Naturally, I felt nervous and even questioned whether what I wanted to do was “too much” or unnecessary.
From the very first consultation, Dr. Mahmood was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She created a space where I felt heard, respected, and completely safe. What initially felt overwhelming or even “insane” to me was met with understanding, reassurance, and expertise. She never made me feel judged — only supported.
After the procedure, despite everything going well, I experienced intense anxiety and paranoia. I began second-guessing myself and convinced myself I had made a huge mistake. In a moment of panic over the weekend, I even reached out to her directly, not realizing messages are monitored after hours. I truly was spiraling.
Dr. Mahmood responded with such calmness and reassurance that it immediately grounded me. Her words alone made me feel safe again. That moment showed me that she is not just a skilled surgeon — she genuinely cares about her patients’ emotional well-being, too. I’ve already gone back for a Laser Genesis facial (which her team thoughtfully adjusted to a treatment they felt would better benefit my skin), and that experience only reinforced how much integrity and expertise her practice operates with.

Incredibly weird experience for a high-quality doctor’s office. I sent an inquiry on their website after hours and the next day I received a text, I then called them and left a voicemail because they didn’t pick up during their business hours. Immediately after leaving the voicemail, I got a text saying sorry I missed your call. Is there anything I can help you with? Didn’t really expect something like this from a place that prides themselves in quality services, but if you’re into that this is your place.
I guess if I’m gonna be paying top dollar I’d prefer to just speak to a human and not a texting service.
Incredible doctor and team! This was my second surgery with Dr. Mahmood and it was just as perfect as my first. She and her team are incredibly professional, helpful and kind. Her work is meticulous and she is incredibly talented. The office is beautiful and comfortable, I never felt rushed during my appointments and all of my questions and concerns were answered and considered thoughtfully. Amazing experience! I went to Dr. Mahmood for a breast reduction (& lift) in June 2025. From my first appointment she was kind, attentive, and explained everything with clarity. I booked my surgery in the first appointment due to how comfortable she made me feel. The night after my surgery she called me to check in and see how I was feeling, providing guidance for what I should do in the coming days. Her bedside manner was beyond that of any other surgeon I met with. If you are thinking of getting a breast augmentation, Dr. Mahmood is the best choice.
