Rhinoplasty Post Op
I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Tsai in December and my experience was truly fantastic. From the consultation to surgery day, everything felt professional, smooth, and well-organized. His team was kind and attentive, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for the experience and the care I received.
I found Dr Tsai on Instagram and I am so Thankful I did! I had a consultation with 1 Dr in person and 4 virtual in total. Dr Tsai was my 3rd. The first in-person Dr wanted to do an anchor lift and do the lift first then the implants 3-6 months later. He also said he could not fit more than 605 cc's which I really didn't want a big visible scar and wanted the largest offered in silicone 800 cc's. The second Dr said he might be able to do the 695 possibly a lil larger. When I had my virtual appt with Dr Tsai, he was confident he could do the 800 with no problems and without having to do the any lift. He listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted and with complete honesty told me that because I wanted it above the muscle there was a chance I could have rippling or the implant may be noticeable. But that because I had dense skin I should be OK. He made me feel comfortable in my decision while letting me know the possible risks. But his confidence in his work was what gave me faith that everything would be just as I wanted. I am very happy with my results. The tear drop "natural" look I wanted was achieved. They look amazing. I read Dr Tsia's reviews and had no fear of complications or not achieving the look I was going for. I'm so glad I did my research and that he was the only Dr that believed I didn't need a lift and could give me the largest size offered. A friend of a friend went to, from what I am told, a very well known Dr in Vegas and had 3 surgeries in 2 months. Because there were complications and her incision would not heal, got infected and her implant was ruptured after a fall, after the 2nd surgery, then they removed and replaced it, and had to remove one then the other. She is now waiting to get them both put back in again. After hearing stories like this and reading this Vegas Dr's reviews and others complaining of similar issues. I am so happy Dr Tsai is a great Dr with Great Bedside Manner and Amazing work. I would recommend him over all the others.

Would definitely seek more insight from other experienced surgeons. He made me feel like he was rushed when making a decision and didn’t seem to have the knowledge for options. I also came out of surgery with burn blisters on my abdomen that he admitted were from his cauterizer tool. No big deal to him but it scarred my skin still to this day. Would never use him again for any procedure.

Dr. Tsai is hands down the best plastic surgeon ever. We traveled from Arizona specifically for him after having looked for a surgeon for about four years, trying to find the best surgeon with regard to bedside manner, surgical skill, and the post-op results, and his results truly speak for themselves. He does absolutely incredible and beautiful work. In the beginning of any surgery journey you're nervous and don't know what to expect, but every step of the way, speaking to him and his team was an incredible experience. You feel heard and supported through the process, and even though he's an extremely busy doctor, they always manage to keep up with any questions you have and are really good about responding. After the surgery, I had a fall on a Friday night around midnight and I reached out on the number he gave me, and to my huge surprise, he responded. Knowing that he was there for me made me feel so much better, and he offered to do a virtual follow-up as soon as possible. During the healing process, your body changes at a different rate, and you might have changes on one side more quickly than the other, and even in that process, when things can seem a little wonky or off and you're unsure, Dr. Tsai and his team are there every step of the way. They made sure that I felt physically comfortable and emotionally supported that the healing process was going the way it should and always made me feel that any concerns were valid. Now being seven months out from surgery, I can say with the most happiness in my heart that he did an absolutely incredible job. Beautiful, beautiful work. I couldn't be any happier. The work he did turned out perfectly, absolutely perfectly. Horrifying experience - Came to him for a specific, subtle change
I am absolutely horrified by my experience with Roger Tsai. He completely ruined my nose and left me with serious physical and emotional distress. I came to him for a specific, subtle change, but instead, he over-scooped my bridge, and over upturned my nose making it appear unnaturally flat. On top of that, my nostrils collapsed after the procedure, and now I have breathing problems that I never had before. When I tried to express my concerns, he gaslit me, dismissing my concerns. Instead of offering any real solution, he suggested filler as a fix, which I find completely unprofessional and inappropriate given the complications I’m dealing with. This experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I trusted him with something as important as my face, and he completely disregarded my wishes and well-being. Do yourself a favor and avoid him at all costs.
By far the best plastic surgeon in the business. Dr. Roger Tsai is such a personable, caring, knowledgable and highly qualified in what he does. From beginning to end, Katie and all his staff members made the whole process so easy. I came down from Vancouver BC, Canada just to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai and have been getting nonstop compliments.
