She’s understanding, kind and knowledgeable she don’t try to upsell you on stuff that you don’t need.
I called her in a panic because the hair in my no-no area(face) was screaming for attention and it caught me off guard cause I was clear of hair, but these vitamins that I’m taking are getting out of control and the hair is growing in places that it should not be so she found the first available appointment. the day of the appointment she took care of the problem areas Book with my girl and if you get her name please update me😅

Amazing staff — always nice, happy, and friendly! They’re even open on some Saturdays, which is perfect for my schedule. The esthetician, Elena, is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. The office staff was pleasant. I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia for a consultation. She explained in detail the service I wanted performed. The procedure was done and I am very pleased with the results. Alicia is pleasant, knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I strongly recommend this medspa and I will definitely be returning.
Dr. Thrower is an excellent dermatologist. His expertise is unmatched and I am a forever patient. His front desk staff Desiree and Rida are amazing and professional. Now Nurse Alicia Jackson is my fairy beauty godmother. Here skill set is phenomenal and she did an super job on my botox and prp. The results were instant and brought me to tears. I just loved everything about my experience with her and I look forward to her maintaining my beauty for years to come.
I did my research for months looking for a Black or Asian dermatologist in South Florida. I have never had any acne issues all my life and have only been to estheticians, however I've been breaking out on my chin for a couple of months now. I found this "dermatologist" with good reviews. Drove from Miami to Pembroke Pines for the appointment, paid out of pocket. Dr Thrower came in and scanned my face with a light microscope for all but 5 mins, left the room, and his assistant immediately started selling me HIS PRODUCTS! Never asked about my diet, stress level, hormones, sleep, or any real acne related issues! Everything happened so fast, I left the appointment with a $171 skincare kit that I will not be using because some of the ingredients are too harsh for my skin! My experience was so disappointing because I thought I was seeing a real doctor, not an esthetician! Don't recommend and won't be back!
Cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone was kind and accommodating from when I first walked in. I met with Alicia for my treatment, and she took all the time to get to know me, my concerns, make recommendations, and truly educate me on the procedure. Throughout my visit, she walked me through every step making sure I understood what she was doing and why, made sure I was comfortable, and also educated me on the sterility measures they take. Overall she made me so comfortable throughout this experience and I cannot wait to visit her again!

When I woke up this morning, I felt a strong nudge to visit a med spa. Having no prior experience, I made a list and decided to call around.
My first call was to Dr. Thrower’s office, and from the very beginning I knew something was different. The young woman who answered the phone was warm, hospitable, empathetic, and genuinely kind. Her energy was uplifting and reassuring. I called two other med spas afterward. One never answered the phone, and the other sounded flat, unenthusiastic, and disengaged. After that comparison, the choice was obvious. Door number one.
The moment I walked in, I knew this place was special. Soft praise music filled the space, two Bibles rested on the table, and I was greeted with such warmth and care. The atmosphere alone was incredible, and that was before I even sat down.
Then somehow, it got even better.
Nurse Practitioner Alicia, who I now happily call my sister in the Lord, was an absolute joy. From the start, our conversation flowed effortlessly. We spoke blessings, shared testimony, praised God, and connected on a level that felt both genuine and rare. All the while, she educated me thoroughly, walked me through the process, and explained how she would help me reach my goals with care and intention.
She was personable, authentic, encouraging, and incredibly skilled. And yes, she also managed to reverse years of damage to my face. I shared my personal journey and the reasons behind my decision to come in, and she went far beyond my expectations in every way.
I am so grateful for this place. I honestly didn’t even know establishments like this existed until last week, and walking into an environment like this filled me with deep thankfulness. This was truly an experience of a lifetime, one I will never forget. I will continue to share this testimony and experience with others so they can know just how special this place and these people truly are.

I had the best experience ever!!!!! First time doing Laser, and everyone at the office was very hospitable and friendly. Alicia is the NP that did my laser and she’s truly an amazing at what she does. She made sure I was educated prior to performing the laser and was very patient and thorough the whole process. I loved every minute and immediately signed up for more sessions.
Ive trusted Dr Thrower for more than 20 years so much that I drove from Orlando to Pembroke Pines to get my treatment from Alicia. Im truly satisfied with my results! Will be back !!!
