Inglés Hello, I came here seeking help after a BBL surgery I had in Miami, which resulted in an infection. I arrived feeling scared, sad, and with many doubts about what was happening to me, but Dr. Stephenson and Xochitl have helped me and have been incredibly patient. The doctor saved me from losing my buttocks... He has performed several procedures on me, and thanks to that, the infection has been disappearing. It has been a slow recovery, but they have been there every step of the way to help me. Besides that, I want to say that they are an incredible team; they are two wonderful human beings, and also very funny. They make me laugh a lot, and that's so good when your heart wants to cry. I had some small skin tags removed from my stomach and neck. From the moment I walked in the office, Dr. Stephenson’s Assistant made me feel welcome. The entire experience was great. Dr. Stephenson was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He was gentle and made me feel at ease while he numbed the areas before he removed the skin tags. I hardly even felt the numbing shot. It was relaxing, and more like a spa experience than being at a doctors’s office. I loved the jazz music that was playing in the background. The office was decorated nicely and had a good vibe. Dr. Stephenson is so funny and has a warm personality. Before I left, he answered any questions that I had and gave me detailed instructions on how to treat the areas on my skin where he removed the tags. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephenson and his services. He has a long list of education and experience and I would trust him 100% for any future procedures.

I was truly impressed with Dr. Stephenson’s expertise, skill and most importantly, the outcome. I visited for multiple facial and neck mole removals. The removals were so complete, that I had difficulty identifying the spots for ointment placement! No pain or scars to help me identify sites! Gentle, caring, and reassuring. He and his ESJ Aesthetics staff put me fully at ease, answering all my questions. Their preprocedural education was very complete, answering most of my questions before I actually could ask. He clearly and fully informed me what I could expect, being transparent about possible complications – there were none! The second reason for my office visit was to have a Juvederm filler for my nasal labial folds. During Dr. Stephenson’s earlier consultation I informed him that I wanted mole removals. His recommendation asked me to consider this filling procedure. I am very glad that I accepted his recommendation. The fact that the filler is a natural product that will be reabsorbed over time waylaid my fears of “plastic surgery” implants. This in-office procedure was under one hour completed under local anesthesia – think a visit to your dentist office. Dr. Stephenson is also a dentist - oral surgeon, and his skills were evident. I am very pleased with the outcome of both procedures. ESJ Aesthetics sent me home with strong pain medicine, which I never used. Actually, never even took a Tylenol or Advil post procedures. The day following the procedures, office staff called to check on me. One week follow-up visit was uneventful, and we both were pleased with the outcome. BTW, I am an internal medicine physician with very high standards – for both medical expertise and patient cultural competency – Dr. Stephenson and his staff met my standards.

Dr. Stephenson recently performed a tummy tuck with liposuction for me. My body has undergone many changes in the last several years. Menopause really exaggerated these changes. I can now look in the mirror and feel the way I look. It has given me a vivaciousness that had been lost. I have enjoyed buying new clothes and feeling good about my appearance again. Would I refer this practice? A resounding YES! I don’t have anyone to compare him to but when you find the right one there no need to look for another. Dr Stephenson is the best. He has great bedside manners, a great listener and is very detailed in explaining your procedure and the total process from beginning to end all the way thru what to expected with aftercare. He encourages questions that he fully answers before and after your procedure. He personally does follow-up call and even gave me his cell number. The surgical center he uses is just as professional. I had Lipo 360 10/30/24, and my results are phenomenal so far only after 6 weeks. I could see results immediately. He is a gentle giant and knows what he is doing. Kudos to Dr Stephenson’s right hand Xochilt. They make a great team. Just based on my services and experience you can trust Dr. Stephenson and his entire team with any cosmetic services you desire at Aesthetics Beauty by Design. He came highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint.
