Furnace was only blowing cold air. William came out on a Sunday for a 1/3 of what everyone else was charging. Within 5 minutes of being onsite, he knew what was wrong, explained to me what happened, and gave me my options to resolve my issues. Super helpful!!! Super knowledgeable!!! I was in need of a new boiler during the worst time of the year. I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. I will not name the competitors but I will say Heating and Cooling Drs was by far the best option. What set them apart was their quick response, professional approach and real true pricing. I never felt like i was being sold. I did my own research and the Boiler they installed happens to be one of the best Boilers on the market. Not only did Heating and Cooling Drs come in at a lower price...they installed a top notch Boiler coupled with trouble free service. Alex was my sales guy and I must say...the dude knew what he was talking about. I'm a natural skeptic and to ease my anxiety...they actually had their engineer review my job to reassure me that I was getting the right size Boiler for my home. I couldn't be happier. Our furnace was making an awful noise. I called William at 7 am. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the issue and said he would have to get the part and would be returning in about 45 minutes. True to his word he was back in 45 minutes with the new part. He installed the new part and cleaned the furnace. Had us up and running in no time. Response to service call was super fast. Installation was completed promptly. We have used William in the past and the service was always exceptional. Great job.
